Description

  

  Zusatzpatent zum     Hauptpatent    Nr. 194457.    Verfahren     zur    Darstellung eines     Polyazofarbstofes.       Das vorliegende Patent     betrifft    ein Ver  fahren zur Darstellung eines blauen     Trisazo-          farbstoffes,    .und ist dadurch gekennzeichnet,  dass man ein Molekül     Tetrazobenzidin    in  saurer Lösung mit einem Molekül     1,8-Amirro-          naphtol    - 3,6 -     disulfonsäure    kombiniert,

   das  Zwischenprodukt zuerst mit einem Molekül       Diazobenzolparasulfonsäure    in alkalischer Lö  sung kuppelt und hierauf mit einem Molekül       N-Acetyl-1,8-aminonaphtol-    3,6 -     disulfonsäure     vereinigt.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  18;4 Teile     Benzidin    werden in der üblichen  Weise     tetrazotiert    und mit 34,1 Teilen     1,8-          Aminonaphtol-3,6-distiIfonsäure        (Mononatri-          Umsalz)    mineralsauer gekuppelt. Ist die Bil  dung des Zwischenproduktes beendet, so wird  es mit der     Diazoverbindung    aus 17,3 Teilen       Aminobenzolparasulfonsäure        sodaalkalisch    ver  einigt.

   Nach erfolgter     Kupplung    zum     Disazo-          farbstoff    lässt man eine     sodaalkalische    Lösung  von 36,1 Teilen     N-Acetyl-1,8-aniinonaphtol-          3;6-disulfonsäure    zufliessen. Die Kupplung er  folgt rasch und der Farbstoff wird durch Aus  salzen der angesäuerten Kupplungsflüssigkeit    ausgeschieden. Die nach der Filtration er  haltene saure     Farbstoffpaste    wird neutralisiert  und zur Trockne verdampft.  



  Der neue Farbstoff stellt ein grauschwarzes,  etwas bronzierendes, in Wasser mit tiefblauer  Farbe lösliches Pulver dar und färbt Leder  verschiedenster     Gerbungsart    in schönen blauen  Tönen an.

  The new dye is a gray-black, somewhat bronzing powder that is soluble in water with a deep blue color and colors leather of various types of tanning in beautiful blue tones.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Darstellung eines blauen Trisazofarbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man ein Molekül Tetrazobenzidin in saurer Lösung mit einem Molekül 1,8-Amino- naphtol - 3,6 - disulfonsäure kombiniert, das Zwischenprodukt mit einem Molekül Diazo- benzolparastilfonsäure in alkalischer Lösung kuppelt und hierauf mit einem Molekül N- Acetyl -1,8 - aminonaphtol --3,6 - disulfonsäure vereinigt.
