Description

  

  Zusatzpatent zum-     Hauptpatent    Nr. 194457.    Verfahren zur Darstellung eines     Polyazofarbstoffes.       Das vorliegende Patent betrifft ein Ver  fahren zur Darstellung eines blauen     Trisazo-          farbstoffes    und ist dadurch gekennzeichnet,  dass man ein Molekül     Tetrazobenzidin    in  saurer Lösung mit einem Molekül     1,8-Amino-          naphtol-3,6-disulfonsäure    kombiniert, das Zwi  schenprodukt zuerst mit einem     Molekül        Di-          azobenzol-2,5-disulfonsäure    in :

  alkalischer Lö  sung kuppelt und hierauf mit einem Molekül       N-Paratoluolsulfoyl-1,8-aminonaphtol-3,6-di-          sulfonsäure    vereinigt.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  18,4 Teile     Benzidin    werden in der übli  chen Weise     tetrazotiert    und mit 34,1 Teilen       1,8-Aminonaphtol-3,6-disulfonsäure    (Monoaa  triumsalz) mineralsauer gekuppelt. Ist die  Bildung des Zwischenproduktes beendet, so  wird es mit der     Diazoverbindung    aus 25,2  Teilen     Aminobenzol-2,5-disulfonsäure    Soda  alkalisch vereinigt. Nach erfolgter Kupplung  zum     Disazofarbstoff    lässt man eine alkalische  Lösung von 47,3 Teilen     N-Parätoluolsulfoyl-          1,8-aminonaphtol-3,6-disulfonsäure    zufliessen.

    Die Kupplung erfolgt rasch und der Farb  stoff wird durch     Aussalzen    der angesäuerten  Kupplungsflüssigkeit     ausgeschieden.    Die nach    der Filtration erhaltene saure     Farbstoffpaste     wird neutralisiert und zur Trockne verdampft.  



  Der neue- Farbstoff stellt ein grauschwar  zes, etwas bronzierendes, in Wasser mit tief  blauer Farbe lösliches Pulver dar und färbt  Leder verschiedenster     Gerbungsart    in schönen  blauen Tönen an.

    The coupling takes place quickly and the dye is eliminated by salting out the acidified coupling fluid. The acidic dye paste obtained after filtration is neutralized and evaporated to dryness.



  The new dye is a gray-black, somewhat bronzing powder that is soluble in water with a deep blue color and dyes leather of various types of tanning in beautiful blue tones.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Darstellung eines blauen Trisazofarbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man ein Molekül Tetrazobenzidin in sau rer Lösung mit einem Molekül 1,8-Amino- naphtol-3,6-disulfonsäure kombiniert, das Zwi schenprodukt zuerst mit einem Molekül Di- azobenzol-2,5-disulfonsäure in alkalischer Lö sung kuppelt und hierauf mit einem Molekül N-Paratoluolsulfoyl-1;8-aminonaphtol-3,6-di- sulfonsäure vereinigt.
