Description

  

      Zusatzpatent    zum Hauptpatent Nr. 194457.         Verfahren    zur Darstellung eines     Polyazofarbstoffes.       Das vorliegende Patent betrifft ein Ver  fahren zur Darstellung eines blauen     Trisazo-          farbstoffes    und ist dadurch gekennzeichnet,  dass man ein Molekül     Tetrazobenzidin    in sau  rer Lösung mit einem Molekül     1,8-Amiuo-          naphtol-3;

  6-disulfonsäure    kombiniert, das Zwi  schenprodukt zuerst mit einem Molekül     Di-          azobenzol    in alkalischer Lösung kuppelt und  hierauf mit einem Molekül     N-Acetyl--1,8-          aminonaphtol-3,6-äisulfonsäure    vereinigt.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  18,4 Teile     Benzidin    werden ,in der übli  chen Weise     tetrazotiert    und mit 34,1 Teilen       1,8-Aminonaphtol-3,6-disulfonsäure        (Monona-          triumsalz)    mineralsauer gekuppelt. Ist die  Bildung des Zwischenproduktes     beendet,    so  wird es mit einer     Diazobenzollösung    aus 9,3  Teilen Anilin     sodaalkalisch    vereinigt.

   Nach  dem Verschwinden des     Diazobenzols    lässt  man eine     sodaalkalische    Lösung von 36,1  Teilen     N-Acetyl-1,8-aminonaphtol-3,6-disul-          fonsäure    zufliessen. Die Kupplung erfolgt rasch  und der     Farbstoff    wird durch     Aussalzen    der  neutralisierten Kupplungsflüssigkeit ausge  schieden.    Der neue Farbstoff stellt nach dem Trock  nen ein grauschwarzes, etwas bronzierendes,  in Wasser mit tiefblauer Farbe lösliches Pul  ver dar und färbt Leder verschiedenster Ger  bungsart in schönen blauen Tönen an.

  <I> Example: </I> 18.4 parts of benzidine are tetrazotized in the usual way and coupled with 34.1 parts of 1,8-aminonaphthol-3,6-disulfonic acid (mononatrium salt) in mineral acid form. When the formation of the intermediate product has ended, it is combined with a diazobenzene solution of 9.3 parts of aniline in a soda-alkaline manner.

   After the diazobenzene has disappeared, an alkaline soda solution of 36.1 parts of N-acetyl-1,8-aminonaphthol-3,6-disulfonic acid is allowed to flow in. The coupling takes place quickly and the dye is separated out by salting out the neutralized coupling fluid. After drying, the new dye is a gray-black, somewhat bronzing powder that dissolves in water with a deep blue color and colors leather in a wide variety of tannins in beautiful blue tones.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Darstellung eines blauen Trisazofarbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man ein Molekül Tetrazobenzidin in sau rer Lösung mit einem Molekül 1,8-Amino- naphtol=3,6-disulfonsäure kombiniert, das Zwi schenprodukt zuerst mit einem Molekül Di- azobenzol in alkalischer Lösung kuppelt und hierauf mit einem Molekül N-Acetyl-1,8- aminonaphtol-3,6-disulfonsäure vereinigt.
