Le centrage de ces deux pièces se fait par des goupilles 2a traversant la calotte et le bord de la platine; bien entendu, ces goupilles pourraient être disposées à d'autres endroits du bâti et de la calotte; le centrage pourrait également se faire par deux ajuste ments cylindriques, l'un au bâti et l'autre à la calotte et disposés en 15 ou en 16;
Les fig. 4 et a concernent une variante dit dispositif de montage de la masse oscil lante 9 sur le carré 70 de l'arbre 11. Cette masse oscillante est maintenue sur ce carré par une vis 12 que les oscillations de la masse oscillante ont quelquefois tendance à dévis ser: pour empêcher ce dévissage, on a. pra tiqué, dans la tête de la vis 12, deux trous 27 disposés sur un même diamètre perpendi culaire à la. fente de la tête et. dans la masse oscillante 9, une série circulaire de trous 28;
Self-winding timepiece. The object of the present invention is a self-winding timepiece. This part is characterized by a cap fixed to the frame of the movement, on the bottom of which is mounted, externally, the oscillating weight and whose edge rests on that of the plate, which carries the dial.
The accompanying drawing represents, by way of example, an embodiment as well as variants, of details of the object of the present invention.
Fig. 1 is an axial vertical section of the embodiment; figs. 2, 4 and 5 relate to the variants; fig. 3 shows an accessory device.
In the embodiment shown in FIG. 1, 1 is the frame, comprising the plate \ ?, which may be round or shaped, and the bridges 3; 4 is a cap with two steps 5 and 6, which surrounds the bridges and whose edge rests against that of the plate; the latter penetrates outside the cap and carries the dial 7. On the bottom of the cap is fixed a disc 8 limiting, with this bottom, the housings where the moving parts of the automatic winder can be placed. This disc could be replaced by bridges.
The oscillating mass 9 is rotatably mounted on the bottom of the cap; for this purpose, it is adjusted on a square 10 of a Il shaft rotating in the bottom 4 and is kept fixed on this square by the screw 12; 13a is the winding stem.
The cap 4 is fixed to the movement by screws 13 passing through the step 6 of the cap as well as the bridges and screwed into the plate of the frame; of course, these screws could be screwed in other places of the cap and the frame.
The centering of these two parts is done by pins 2a passing through the cap and the edge of the plate; of course, these pins could be placed in other places of the frame and of the cap; the centering could also be done by two cylindrical adjustments, one to the frame and the other to the cap and arranged at 15 or 16;
one could also, as shown in FIG. 2, practice in a rim 17 of the plate semicircular notches 18. in which the corresponding projections 19 of the cap would engage.
The step 5 of the cap could stretch reduced in width or even eliminated; in this case, the cap could: rest on the frame by its free edge or by step 6.
In the edge of the plate can be practiced logeinc # uts for various moving parts of the movement.
The, fi-. 3 shows a device for fixing the siisdée.rit movement in a box; this one, 20. has two staves 21 and ??: against the. first press the turntable? and against the second three equidistant flanges 23: these flanges are housed in recesses 24 of the cap 4 and they have protrusions 5 perpendicular to the plate. and. whose height H is greater than the. distance h: ; this way. during assembly, the flanges must not fall into the C recess of the box.
In the projections 2a take place the screws 2f which fix the flanges to movement.
Figs. 4 and a relate to a variant known as a device for mounting the oscillating mass 9 on the square 70 of the shaft 11. This oscillating mass is held on this square by a screw 12 which the oscillations of the oscillating mass sometimes tend to unscrew. ser: to prevent this unscrewing, we have. practice, in the head of the screw 12, two holes 27 arranged on the same diameter perpendicular to the. head slit and. in the oscillating mass 9, a circular series of holes 28;
when you screw the. screw 12, one can always bring one of the holes 27 opposite one <the holes 28; after which, we screw in this 1 rou? he has. small additional screw 29 provided. at its lower end, a tenon 311 which penetrates freely. in the corresponding hole 28. The screw 12 can then no longer be unscrewed.
