Vorrichtung zum Festhalten von Teppichen an Teppichtragstangen. Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist eine Vorrichtung zum Festhalten von Tep pichen an Teppichtragstangen. Diese Vorrich tung ist gekennzeichnet durch einen U-för migen Bügel, eine in den Schenkeln dieses Bügels mittelst eines Bolzens kippbar ge lagerte, einerseits auf der Tragstange und anderseits auf dem zu klopfenden Teppich abzustützende Klemmplatte und am Bügel angeordnete Mittel, um die Klemmplatte gegen die Tragstange zu pressen.
Die Zeichnung veranschaulicht zwei Aus= führungsbeispiele des Erfindungsgegenstan- des.
Fig. 1 ist ein Vertikalschnitt :des ersten Beispiels nach der Linie A-B,der Fig. 2; Fig. 2 ist eine jSeitenansicht dieses Bei spiels; Fig. 3 und 4 sind zwei .Seitenansichten eines zweiten Beispiels in zwei Stellungen; Fig. 5 zeigt eine weitere Variante in Seitenansicht.
1 (Fis. 1 und 2) bezeichnet einen U-för- migen Bügel, in dessen Schenkeln mittels eines Bolzens 2 eine ;gewölbte Klemmplatte ss kippbar gelagert ist. Der Rand des auf den zu haltenden Teppich 4 zu pressenden Teils der Platte 3 ist leicht aufwärts gebogen, während der Rand des auf der Teppichtrag- stan.ge 5 sitzenden Teils der Klemmplatte 3 einen abwärts gerichteten Flansch 6 aufweist.
Der Bügel trägt in seiner Längsase eine Büchse 7 mit Muttergewinde, in welche eine Spindel 8 mit Griffarm 9 eingewindet ist. Der Kopf 10 der Spindel 8 sitzt in einem Presskopf 11 mit eine Drehung,desselben ver hindernder Platte 12 drehbar, aber axial un- vergchiebbar, und die Pressfläche des Kopfes 11 ist konkav .gewölbt, um sich .der Rundung der Aufhängestange 5 anzupassen.
Nachdem .der Teppich 4 auf die Trag stange -5 aufgelegt ist, wind links und rechts je eine beschriebene Festhaltevorrichtung so weit gegen den Teppich .geschoben, dass der demselben zugekehrte Teil jeder Klemm platte 3 etwas über den anliegenden Rand des Teppichs zu liegen kommt (siehe Fig. 1).
Nunmehr werden die Spindeln 8 so gedreht, dass die dem Teppich zugekehrten Teile der Klemmplatten 3 auf den Teppich und die Köpfe 11 an die Tragstange 5 :gepresst wer den, wodurch der Teppich festgehalten wird. Zum Verschieben bezw. Abnehmen des Tep pichs werden die Spindeln 8 im entgegen gesetzten iSinne gedreht und die Klemm organe 3 und 11 gelockert, worauf ,der Tep pich nachgezogen bezw. abgenommen werden kann. Die Vorrichtungen bleiben an der Tragstange 5 hängen; ,sie können aber auch durch Lösender Bolzen 2 von der Stange 5 abgenommen werden.
Beim Beispiel nach Fig. 3 und 4 .dient eine teils in einer axialen Hülse 7' des Bügels 1 und teils im untern, hohlen Press- kopf 10' untergebrachte Schraubenfeder 8' zum Anpressen des Kopfes 10' an die Teppichtragstange 5. Mit dem Presskopf 10' ist eine mit Querstift 13 und Griff 9 ver sehene Ausrückstange 14 axial unvenschieb- bar, jedoch .drehbar verbunden.
In der Ge brauchsstellung der Vorrichtung (Fix. 4) liegt,der Querstift 13 der Ausrückstange 1'4 in einem diametralen Schlitz 15 einer zur Hülse 7' koaxialen Büchse 72 des Bügels 1 und übt die Feder 8' ihren Klemmdruck :aus. Zum Aufheben dieses Druckes wird die Stange 14 heruntergezogen und um<B>90'</B> ver dreht, wodurch der Querstift 13 auf den Rand .der Büchse 72 (Fix. 3) zu liegen kommt.
Das Beispiel nach Fig. 1 und 2 hat den Vorteil, dass es für in der Dicke wesentlich verschiedene Teppichtragstangen verwendbar ist, aber .den Nachteil, dass die Einstellung und Ausrückung der Vorrichtung etwas Zeit erfordert. Das Beispiel nach Fig. 3 und 4 hat den Vorteil, dass .die Einstellung und die Ausrückung rascher erfolgen kann, aber den Nachteil, dass es für stark in der Dicke ab weichende Tragstangen zweier Grössen der Vorrichtungen bedarf.
In Fig. 5 sitzt .der @Spindelkopf 16 der Spindel als abgesetzter; zylindrischer und in einem Konus endigender Teil im Presskopf 17 der Vorrichtung. Ein in einem durchgehen den Kanal 18 des Presskopfes den zylin drischen Teil der Spindel durchziehender Stift 19 verhindert die Trennung der Spin del vom Presskopf. Durch diese Anordnung ist erreicht"dass, wenn die Vorrichtung feuer verzinkt werden soll, nach Entfernen des Stiftes 19 aus dem @Spindelkopf .dieser,
sowie die Spindel und der Stift einzeln behandelt werden können.
Die beschriebenen Vorrichtungen sind zweckmässig mit einem nichtrostenden Über zug versehen.

1 (FIGS. 1 and 2) denotes a U-shaped bracket, in the legs of which a curved clamping plate SS is tiltably mounted by means of a bolt 2. The edge of the part of the plate 3 to be pressed onto the carpet 4 to be held is bent slightly upwards, while the edge of the part of the clamping plate 3 sitting on the carpet support rod 5 has a flange 6 directed downwards.
In its longitudinal nose, the bracket carries a bushing 7 with a female thread into which a spindle 8 with a handle arm 9 is threaded. The head 10 of the spindle 8 is seated in a pressing head 11 with a rotation, the same preventing plate 12 rotatable but axially immovable, and the pressing surface of the head 11 is concave in order to adapt to the roundness of the suspension rod 5.
After the carpet 4 has been placed on the support rod -5, a described retaining device is pushed against the carpet to the left and right so far that the part of each clamping plate 3 facing the same comes to lie slightly over the adjacent edge of the carpet ( see Fig. 1).
The spindles 8 are now rotated so that the parts of the clamping plates 3 facing the carpet are pressed onto the carpet and the heads 11 onto the support rod 5, whereby the carpet is held in place. To move or Removing the carpet, the spindles 8 are rotated in the opposite iSinne and the clamping organs 3 and 11 loosened, whereupon, the carpet is tightened or. can be removed. The devices remain hanging on the support rod 5; , but they can also be removed from the rod 5 by loosening the bolts 2.
In the example according to FIGS. 3 and 4, a helical spring 8 'accommodated partly in an axial sleeve 7' of the bracket 1 and partly in the lower, hollow press head 10 'serves to press the head 10' onto the carpet support rod 5. With the press head 10 'a release rod 14 provided with a cross pin 13 and handle 9 is connected axially non-displaceably, but rotatably.
In the use position of the device (fix. 4), the transverse pin 13 of the release rod 1'4 lies in a diametrical slot 15 of a sleeve 72 of the bracket 1 that is coaxial with the sleeve 7 'and the spring 8' exerts its clamping pressure. To release this pressure, the rod 14 is pulled down and rotated by <B> 90 '</B>, whereby the cross pin 13 comes to rest on the edge of the bushing 72 (fix. 3).
The example according to FIGS. 1 and 2 has the advantage that it can be used for carpet support rods which are substantially different in thickness, but the disadvantage that the adjustment and disengagement of the device requires some time. The example according to FIGS. 3 and 4 has the advantage that the setting and the disengagement can take place more quickly, but the disadvantage that two sizes of devices are required for support rods of two sizes which differ greatly in thickness.
