In eine Rückenlehne, welche zum Sitzen auf dem Boden zu verwenden bestimmt ist, verwandelbarer Spazierstock. Gegenstand rler vorliegenden Erfindung isst ein in eine Rückenlehne, welche zum Sit zen auf dem Boden zu verwenden bestimmt ist, verwendbarer Spazierstock, der einen Handgriff, einen Stockschaft und eine Zwinge aufweist und sich dadurch auszeich net, .dass im Innern des Stockschaftes und der Zwinge eine zweiarmige Stütze, ein stativ- ähnliches Gestell,
ein auf dieses aufspannbare Stoffstück und eine dem Drucke einer Feder ausgesetzte Hülse untergebracht sind, und dass ferner am obern Ende der letzteren der Handgriff angelenkt und dass die Zwinge vom Stockschaft abnehmbar ist.
Auf der beiliegenden Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegen standes dargestellt, und zwar zeigt: Fig 1 die obere Hälfte .der in einen Spa zierstock verwandelten Rückenlehne im Schnitt, während Fig. 2 die untere Hälfte des Spazier stockes im Schnitt darstellt;
Fig. 3 zeigt einen Querschnitt durch üeii Stockschaft nach Linie A-B der Fig. 1, Fig. 4 einen solchen nach Linie C-D der Fig. 2 (ohne Stativ), und Fig. 5 einen solchen nach Linie E'-F der Fig. 2, Fig. 6 einen horizontalen Schnitt durch den geschlossenen Handgriff, Fig. 7 einen solchen durch den geöffneten Handgriff;
Fig. 8 bis 11 zeigen verschiedene Details; Fig. 12 zeigt den Spazierstock in Ansicht, und Fio,,. 13 die Rückenlehne in einer Seiten ansicht teilweise geschnitten, bei beiden Fi guren in gebrauchsfertigem Zustande und in verkleinertem Massstabe gegenüber den Fig. 1 und 2.
In der beiliegenden Zeichnung weist der Erfindungsgegenstand im wesentlichen einen Stockschaft 1, einen Handgriff 2 und eine Zwinge 3 auf. Der Handgriff 2 besteht aus zwei Teilen 4, 5, .die vermittelst um das obere Ende 6 des Gelenkzapfens 7 drehbarer Schar nierringe 8 horizontaler Richtung auseinan der geschwenkt werden können Der eine der Teile, zum Beispiel 4 ist mit dem Zapfen 6, 7 fest verbunden. Im Innern der Teile 4, 5 ist je ein verstellbarer und in seiner Ge brauchslage arretierbarer Dorn 9 angeordnet, der durch je einen Stift 10 in den Teilen 4 und 5 gelagert ist. Die Dorne 9 besitzen einen Schlitz 11, der zur Arretierung der Dorne 9 in der Gebrauchslage dient.
In den Teilen 4 und 5 des Handgriffes 2 sind Aus sparungen 12 vorhanden, um die Dorne 9 beim Zusammenklappen des Handgriffes 2 hineinlegen zu können Die beiden Teile 4 und 5 des Handgriffes 2 werden durch eine Schlaufe 40 zusammengehalten. Der Gelenk zapfen 7 besitzt ein Gelenk 13; ober- und unterhalb dieses Gelenkes ist am Zapfen ein Gewinde 14 angeordnet, das je nach Ge brauch des Erfindungsgegenstandes als Stock oder als Lehne mit :dem obern oder mit .dem untern Gewindeteil in das Gewinde 15 der Hülse 16 eingreift. Die Hülse 16 ist von einem Stift 17 durchsetzt, der herausnehm bar angeordnet ist und der beidseitig mit seinen Enden aus der Hülse herausragt.
Der Stift 17 führt durch einen Schlitz 18 des Ge lenkzapfens 7 und verhindert dadurch das gänzliche Herausziehen des Handgriffes 2 aus der Hülse 16. Um ein unwillkürliches Herausstossen der Hülse 16 aus .dem Stock schaft 1 durch die Feder 19, die bei 20 im Stockschaft 1 abgestützt ist, zu verhindern, weist der .Stockschaft 1 einen Anschlag 21 auf. Der Stift 17 der Hülse 16 stösst mit seinen herausragenden Enden am Anschlag 21. an und verhindert so ein Herausstossen der Hülse. Der Anschlag 21. weist zwei Aus sparungen 22 auf, damit die beiden Enden des Stiftes 17 bei gewünschtem Herausziehen .der Hülse 16 den Anschlag 12 ungehindert passieren können.
Am untern Ende der Hülse 16 ist ein Flansch 23 angeordnet, der am Anschlag 21 anschlägt und so ein Heraus stossen der Hülse 16 durch die Feder 1.9 be grenzt. Im untern Teil des Stockschaftes, 1 ist ein stativähnliches Gestell untergebracht. Dasselbe besteht aus einem Gleitstück 24 und aus vier am Gleitstück 24 angelenkten Stä ben 25, die an ihren freien Enden Halte organe 26 aufweisen, die dazu dienen, das in Fig. 8 dargestellte, mit Ösen 27 versehene Stoffstück 28 auf das stativähnliche Gestell aufzuspannen.
Das Gleitstück 24 kann im Stockschaft 1 nur soweit verschoben werden, bis es entweder mit seinem obern Ende am Sperrstift 29 anstösst, oder bis der Anschlag 30 des Gleitstückes 2,4 am Anschlag 31 des Stockschaftes 1 anstösst. Ist letzteres der Fall, so kann .durch Drehen der Stäbe ?5 und somit auch des Gleitstückes 24 ein Zu rückgleiten des letzteren verhindert werden. Dies bedingt jedoch, dass im Innern des Stock schaftes 1 Anschläge 32 angeordnet sind, und dass das Gleitstück 24 der Form der An schläge 32 entsprechende Führungen 33 be sitzt.
In Fig. 8 ist. das stativähnliehe Gleit- stück in einer Draufsicht geöffnet darge stellt. Am Gleitstück 24 ist ein Anschlag 34 angeordnet, damit nach dem Durchführen der Anschläge 32 dureh .die Führungen 33 .des Gleitstückes 24 die Anschläge 32 seit lich an den Anschlag 34 anschlagen und so ein Überdrehen und Zurückfallen verhindern. Zwischen den Stäben 25 ist eine Stütze 35 eingesteckt. Dieselbe besteht aus zwei Stä ben 36 und 37, die durch ein Scharnier 38 zusammengehalten werden. Am Scharnier 38 ist ein federndes Greifstück 39 angebracht, in .das der Stockschaft 1 bei Gebrauch hinein gelegt wird.
Die Zwinge 3 ist hohl ausge bildet und dient als Aufbewahrungsort des Stoffstückes 28. Sie ist vermittelst eines Ge windes am Stockschaft 1 lösbar befestigt. An Stelle des Gewindes kann auch ein Bajonett- oder irgend ein ähnlicher Verschluss verwen- ,det werden.
Die Wirkungs- und Arbeitsweise und Handhabung des vorbeschriebenen Stockes bezw. der Lehne ist folgende: Will man den Stock als Rückenlehne zum Sitzen auf dem Boden verwenden, so dreht man den Handgriff 2 mitsamt der Hülse 16 etwas, damit die Enden des Stiftes 17 durch die Aussparungen 22 austreten können. Als- dann wird der Stift 17 aus der Hülse 16 herausgezogen, damit der obere Teil des Ge windes 14 aus dem Gewinde 15 ausgeschraubt und na-eh Hochziehen des Gelenkzapfens 7 der untere teil :des Gewindes 14 in das Ge winde 15 eingeschraubt werden kann.
Darauf hin wird der Stift 1.7 wieder .durch die Hülse 16 und den Schlitz 18 des Gelenk zapfens 7 gestossen, so dass die Gewinde 14, 15 gegen Lösen gesichert sind. Nach Lösen ner Schlaufe 40 werden die Teile 4, 5 aus- einandergekleppt, worauf der Stock aufge richtet und die Dorne 9 in den Boden ein gesteckt werden (Fig. 13). Nach Losschrau ben und.
Wegnehmen der Zwinge '3' kann die Stütze 35 mitsamt den Stäben 36 und 3 7 aus dem Stockschaft 1 herausgenommen und durch .das Greifstück 39 an den Stockschaft 1 angelegt werden, wodurch .derselbe abgestützt wird. Alsdann werden dhs Gleitstück 24 mitsamt den vier Stäben 25 hervorgezogen und vermittelst der Anschläge 32 und 34 arretiert. Die Stäbe 25, die an ihren freien Enden Halteorgane 26 aufweisen, werden auseinandergespreizt, worauf das mit Ösen 27 versehene Stoffstück 28 aufgespannt wird.
Die somit gebrauchsfertige Rückenlehne ist durch die Federwirkung sehr anpassungs fähig. Das Zusammensetzen, bezw. Umwan deln der Rückenlehne in einen Stock. erfolgt in umgekehrter Weise wie das Umwandeln des Stockes in eine Rückenlehne.
