  Verfahren zur Darstellung einer     Aminoverbindung    der     Chinolinreihe.       Vorliegendes Patent bezieht sich auf ein  Verfahren zur Darstellung einer     Aminover-          bindung    der     Chinolinreihe,    dadurch gekenn  zeichnet; dass man die     Chinolin-4-sulfosäur-e     mit     1-Diäthylamino-2-oxy-3-aminopropan          (C2H5)iN-CH2-CHOH-CH2NH2    in Gegen  wart von Wasser auf höhere Temperaturen  erhitzt.  



  Das so erhaltene neue Kondensationspro  dukt der Formel:

    ist ein fast farbloses, viskoses, in Äther un  lösliches, in Chloroform lösliches Ö1, dessen       Pikrat    bei 162   C schmilzt. Es soll als  Zwischenprodukt zur Herstellung von     Farb-          stoffen    und pharmazeutischen Produkten     Ver-          ,weudung    finden.    <I>Beispiel:</I>    12 Teile     Chinolin.4-sulfosäure    werden mit  15 Teilen     1-Diäthylamino-2-oxy-3-aminopro-          pau        (02115)2N-0H2-Cl1.OH-CH2NH2   <B>und</B>  40 Teilen Wasser 16 Stunden auf etwa  <B>135"</B> C erhitzt.

   Das nach dem Erkalten als       dickflüssiges    Öl abgeschiedene Reaktions  produkt wird durch Ausschütteln mit Chloro  form isoliert, der     Chloroformrückstand    wird  hierauf mit Wasserdampf behandelt und  erneut in Chloroform aufgenommen.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Darstellung einer Amino- verbindung der Chinolinreihe, dadurch ge kennzeichnet, dass man die Chinolin-4-sulfo- säure mit 1-Diäthylamino-2-oxy-3-aminopro- pan (C2B5)2N-CH2--CHOH-CH2NH2 in Ge genwart von Wasser auf höhere Tempera turen erhitzt. Das so erhaltene neue Kondensations produkt der Formel: EMI0002.0001 ist ein fast farbloses, viskoses, in Äther urilös liches, in Chloroform lösliches Öl, dessen Pikrat bei 162 C schmilzt.
