Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung einer in     4-Stellung    eine basisch substituierte     Aminogruppe     enthaltenden     Chinolinverbindung.       Das Hauptpatent betrifft ein     Verfahren     zur Darstellung     einer    therapeutisch wertvol  len     Chinolinverbindung.    .  



  Gegenstand des vorliegenden Patentes ist  ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer in     4-          Stellung    eine basisch     substituierte        Amino-          gruppe    enthaltenden     Verbindung.    Das Ver  fahren ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man       3-Methyl-4-chlor-7-jodchinolin    mit     1-Diäthyl-          amino-4-aminopentaä    zu     3-Methyl-4-(5'-di-          äthylaminopentyl-2'-amino)-7-jodchinolin    um  setzt.

   Die     Umsetzung    erfolgt zum Beispiel  durch Erwärmen der genannten Ausgangs  stoffe auf höhere Temperaturen, z. B. auf       etwa    150 bis<B>160'.</B> Die     Aufarbeitung    der  Reaktionsmischung erfolgt zum Beispiel in  üblicher     Weise.    Das so erhaltene neue Pro  dukt siedet unter 0,05 mm Druck bei 210 bis       22011.     



  Das neue Produkt soll therapeutische An  wendung finden.    <I>Beispiel:</I>  30,3 g     3-Methyl-4-chlor-7-jodchinolin    vom       Schmelzpunkt    108   werden mit 31,6 g     1-Di-          äthylamino-4-aminopentan    und 10 g Phenol  15     Stunden    in einem Ölbad von 150 bis 160    erhitzt. Die erkaltete Schmelze wird in ver  dünnter Essigsäure gelöst und filtriert. Zur  Entfernung des Phenols wird die     Lösung     zweimal     ausgeäthert.    Dann wird mit Na  tronlauge stark alkalisch gemacht und die ab  geschiedene Base in Äther aufgenommen, mit  Wasser gewaschen und mit     Pottasche    ge  trocknet.

   Nach dem     Abdestillieren    des Äthers  wird im Vakuum fraktioniert. Das     3-Me-          thyl    -4 -.(5'-     diäthylaminopentyl-    2'     -amino)    -     7-          jodchinolin        destilliert    unter 0,05 mm Druck  bei 210 bis 220  .

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung einer in 4 Stellung eine basisch substituierte Amino- gruppe enthaltenden Chinolinverbindung, da durch gekennzeichnet, dass man 3-Methyl- 4- ehlor-7-jodehinolin mit 1-Diäthylamino-4- aminopentan zu 3-1Tethyl-4-(5'-diäthylamino- pentyl-2'-amino)-7-jodchinolin umsetzt. Das so erhaltene neue Produkt siedet unter 0.05 mm Druek bei 210 bis 220 . PATENT CLAIM: Process for the preparation of a quinoline compound containing a basic substituted amino group in the 4 position, characterized in that 3-methyl-4-chloro-7-iodehinoline is mixed with 1-diethylamino-4-aminopentane to give 3-1-ethyl-4- (5'-diethylaminopentyl-2'-amino) -7-iodoquinoline converts.
