Description
Zusatzpatent zum Hauptpatent Nr. 182720. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen Azofarbstoifes. Es wurde gefunden, dass man einen Azo- farbstoff erhält, wenn man diazotierten 4- Ch lor-2-amino-3'-trifluormethyl-1,1'- diphenyl- äther finit 2,3-Oxynaphthoesäure-4'-methoxy- anilid vereinigt.
Der neue Farbstoff bildet ein rotes, in Wasser unlösliches Pulver. Auf geeigneten Substraten, wie zum Beispiel Zellulose, hergestellt, färbt er diese in schar lachroten Tönen von sehr guten Echtheits eigenschaften. <I>Beispiel:</I> 28,7 'feile 4-Chlor-2-amitio-3'-triflLiorme- thy 1-1,1- diphenyläther werden in üblicher Weise diazotiert. Die erhaltene klare Diazo- lösung wird in eine Lösung bestehend aus 29,3 Teilen 2,3-Oxyciaphthoesäure-4'-methoxy- anilid,
50 Teilen 30 o/oiger Natriumhydroxyd- lösung, 15 Teilen Natriumkarbonat und 2000 Teilen Wasser eingetragen. Der gebildete Farbstoff fällt sofort aus. Der rote Nieder sehlag wird filtriert und getrocknet.
