Description
Als Ofenaufsatz ausgebildeter Flüssigkeits-Erbitzer. Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein als Ofenaufsatz ausgebildeterFlüssigkeitserhitzer, der sich bekannten Vorrichtungen dieser Art gegenüber dadurch unterscheidet, dass in den Durchgangsweg der Heizgase zwecks mög lichst vollständiger Ausnützung ihrer Mfärme ein Warmwasserzirkulationsrohr eingebaut ist.
In den Fig. 1 und 2 der Zeichnung ist je ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungs gegenstandes schematisch dargestellt.
Bei dem in Fig. 1 gezeichneten Beispiel ist in das von einem hohlzylindrischen Was serbehälter 1 auf seinem mittlerer) Teil um gebene Rauchabzugsrohr 2 z. B. eines Etagen heizungsofens eine schraubenlinienförmig ge wundene Rohrschlange 3 eingebaut. Die beiden Enden der Rohrschlange stehen mit dem Innern des Behälters 1 in Verbindung. Durch die Rohrschlange wird die Wärme austauschfläche für die Heizgase im Innern des Rauchrohres 2 gegenüber der leeren Innenwandung des letzteren erheblich ver grössert. Das Wasser im Innern der Rohr- Schlange wird erhitzt, so dass es in dieser nach oben strömt und auch im Innern des Behälters 1 eine Zirkulation hervorruft.
Die in Fig. 2 dargestellte Ausführungs form unterscheidet sich der vorbescbriebenen gegenüber dadurch, dass die Rohrschlange an beiden Enden einerseits an ein oberhalb des Behälters 1 angeordnetes Expansionsgefäss 4 und anderseits an eine im untern Teil des Behälters 1 eingebaute Rohrschlange 5 an geschlossen ist. Das im Behälter 1 befind liche Wasser wird durch das durch die Rohr schlange 5 zirkulierende Wasser indirekt erwärmt. In den Rohrschlangen 3 und 5 zirkuliert immer das gleiche Wasser, weshalb in diesem Rohrsystem in Gegenden mit kalk haltigem Wasser die Bildung von Wasser stein, der dem Wärmedurchgang bekanntlich erheblichen Widerstand entgegensetzt, ver mieden wird. Die Heizwirkung dieser zweiten Ausführung bleibt daher dauernd die gleiche.
In beiden dargestellten Ausführungsfor men kann das Wasser im Behälter 1, wenn der Heizungsofen nicht in Betrieb ist, durch eine elektrische Heizvorrichtung 6 oder einen Gasbrenner erhitzt werden. 7 bezeichnet ein Thermometer.

In Figs. 1 and 2 of the drawing, an embodiment of the subject invention is shown schematically.
In the example shown in Fig. 1 is in the of a hollow cylindrical What serbehälters 1 on its middle) part to given smoke exhaust pipe 2 z. B. a floor heating furnace a helically ge coiled pipe coil 3 installed. The two ends of the pipe coil are connected to the interior of the container 1. Through the coil, the heat exchange surface for the heating gases inside the smoke pipe 2 compared to the empty inner wall of the latter is considerably enlarged ver. The water inside the pipe coil is heated so that it flows upwards in this and also causes circulation inside the container 1.
The embodiment shown in Fig. 2 differs from the previous one in that the coil is connected at both ends to an expansion vessel 4 located above the container 1 and to a coil 5 installed in the lower part of the container 1. The water in the container 1 is heated indirectly by the water circulating through the pipe 5. In the coils 3 and 5 always circulates the same water, which is why in this pipe system in areas with calcareous water, the formation of water stone, which is known to oppose considerable resistance to heat transfer, is ver avoided. The heating effect of this second embodiment therefore remains the same all the time.
In both of the illustrated Ausführungsfor men, the water in the container 1, when the heating furnace is not in operation, can be heated by an electric heater 6 or a gas burner. 7 denotes a thermometer.
