Couvre-rochets de mouvement de montre. L'invention a pour objet un couvre-rochets de mouvement de montre.
Ce couvre-rochets comprend selon l'iDven- tion un appendice flexible s'étendant à partir de son talon et constituant la masse de retenue faisant ressort pour le rochet de couronne, la tête du couvre-rochets étant emboutie et comportant, formées par la partie emboutie, des ailettes constituant un noyau destiné à recevoir le rochet de couronne auquel il sert d'axe de rotation.
Le dessin ci-joint montre, à titre d'exemple, une forme d'exécution de l'objet de l'invention. La fig. 1 la représente vue en plan, tandis que la fig. 2 est une coupe suivant la ligne <I>1I-11</I> de la fig. 1.
Le couvre-rochets représenté est formé par une plaque en acier emboutie et comprend un appendice arqué et flexible 3 qui prend naissance près du talon 4 du couvre-rochets. Cet appendice s'étend vers le rochet de cou ronne 5 et constitue pour ce dernier, la ruasse de retenue 3' faisant ressort de manière qu'elle tende toujours à s'engager dans la denture du rochet de couronne engrenant dans le rochet de barillet 6.
Lors du remontage du barillet, les rochets tournent suivant le sens indiqué par les flèches, de sorte que la masse 3' est repoussée (position en traits pleins) par le rochet de couronne. Mais, dès que les rochets tournent en sens rétrograde, la masse 3' est ramenée dans l'engrenage des rochets (en fléchissant comme indiqué en traits mixtes) et arrête par coincement tout mouvement rétrograde de ces derniers.
Le talon 4 est relié au corps du couvre- rochets par un double coude 7, de manière que le talon et la masse de retenue 3, 3' se trouvent disposés dans le plan de rotation des rochets. Un trou 7', découpé dans le couvre-rochets, facilite l'opération de coudage du talon.
La tête du couvre-rochets est emboutie en 8 et comporte quatre ailettes 9 disposées en étoile. Ces ailettes sont obtenues par découpage et pliage de la partie emboutie reliées au corps du couvre-rochets par quatre languettes 8 et forment ensemble un noyau, sur le pourtour duquel est monté fou le rochet de couronne 5 et qui constitue l'axe ou le tourillon de rotation de ce dernier. Le rochet 5 est maintenu entre le pont de barillet et la tête du couvre-rochets.

This ratchet cover comprises according to the iDvention- a flexible appendage extending from its heel and constituting the spring retaining mass for the crown ratchet, the head of the ratchet cover being stamped and comprising, formed by the stamped part, fins constituting a core intended to receive the crown ratchet to which it serves as an axis of rotation.
The accompanying drawing shows, by way of example, one embodiment of the object of the invention. Fig. 1 shows it in plan, while FIG. 2 is a section taken along the line <I> 1I-11 </I> of FIG. 1.
The shown ratchet cover is formed by a stamped steel plate and includes an arched and flexible appendage 3 which originates near the heel 4 of the ratchet cover. This appendage extends towards the neck ratchet 5 and constitutes for the latter, the retaining ring 3 'making a spring so that it always tends to engage in the teeth of the crown ratchet meshing with the barrel ratchet 6.
When winding the barrel, the ratchets turn in the direction indicated by the arrows, so that the mass 3 'is pushed back (position in solid lines) by the crown ratchet. However, as soon as the ratchets turn in a retrograde direction, the mass 3 'is brought back into the gear of the ratchets (by bending as indicated in phantom) and stops by wedging any retrograde movement of the latter.
The heel 4 is connected to the body of the ratchet cover by a double elbow 7, so that the heel and the retaining mass 3, 3 'are located in the plane of rotation of the ratchets. A 7 'hole, cut in the ratchet cover, facilitates the bending operation of the heel.
The head of the ratchet cover is stamped at 8 and has four fins 9 arranged in a star. These fins are obtained by cutting and folding the stamped part connected to the body of the ratchet cover by four tongues 8 and together form a core, on the periphery of which is mounted by the crown ratchet 5 and which constitutes the axis or the journal rotation of the latter. The ratchet 5 is held between the barrel bridge and the head of the ratchet cover.
