Roue d'échappement à chevilles pour pièce d'horlogerie La présente invention a pour objet une roue d'échappement à chevilles pour pièce d'horlogerie, caractérisée par le fait qu'elle présente une zone périphérique, en forme de couronne, dont l'épaisseur est inférieure à celle de la roue et dont la largeur (A) est au moins égale à la hauteur totale de la dent.
Le dessin représente, à titre d'exemple, deux formes d'exécution de l'objet de l'invention.
La fig. 1 représente en plan une roue d'échappement à chevilles.
Les fig. 2 et 3 représentent deux formes d'exécution de cette roue, vues en coupe.
Les roues d'échappement ancre dont les dents sont biseautées sont connues. Le biseau prévu sur l'extrémité des dents a généralement pour but un meilleur maintien de l'huile entre le plan d'impulsion de la roue et la cheville.
L'amincissement de la roue d'échappement à chevilles, objet de l'invention, n'a pas seulement pour but d'améliorer le maintien de l'huile, mais surtout de diminuer la surface de frottement entre les deux chevilles 4 et 4' d'une part et la roue d'échappement d'autre part. L'expérience montre que le rendement de l'échappement est de ce fait amélioré. On peut amincir la roue sur une zone A, afin que la région dans laquelle s'effectuent les contacts des chevilles avec les dents de ladite roue soit plus étroite. Cette zone amincie peut être obtenue par tournage ou par écrasage, emboutissage, moulage, etc. Ainsi cette opération ne nécessite aucune machine spéciale et son prix de revient reste bas.
Le raccordement de cette zone aux plans de la roue d'épaisseur normale peut être quelconque. Les fig. 2 et 3 montrent en coupe deux formes de raccordement 5. Sur ces deux figures, la roue est coupée suivant la ligne BB' de la fig. 1.

Anchor escape wheels with bevelled teeth are known. The bevel provided on the end of the teeth is generally intended to better maintain the oil between the impulse plane of the wheel and the pin.
The thinning of the escapement wheel with pegs, object of the invention, is not only intended to improve the retention of the oil, but above all to reduce the friction surface between the two pegs 4 and 4 'on the one hand and the escape wheel on the other hand. Experience shows that the efficiency of the exhaust is thereby improved. The wheel can be thinned over a zone A, so that the region in which the contacts of the pins with the teeth of said wheel take place is narrower. This thinned area can be obtained by turning or by crushing, stamping, molding, etc. Thus this operation does not require any special machine and its cost price remains low.
The connection of this zone to the planes of the wheel of normal thickness can be arbitrary. Figs. 2 and 3 show in section two forms of connection 5. In these two figures, the wheel is cut along line BB 'of FIG. 1.
