Ankle lever escapement. The object of the invention is an escapement with anchor pins of the type of those which are fitted, preferably, in Roskopf watch movements and comprise an escapement wheel, the teeth of which are provided with stop and impulse planes. , cooperate with two pegs planted in the fork or anchor.
The fork pegs used to date are formed of simple cylindrical pins, united and smooth over their entire length, which has the disadvantage that the lubricating oil runs along the pegs and flows quickly. active surfaces of the escapement members, so that the lu brification of said surfaces becomes ineffective in a short time.
The object of the invention is to improve the conditions for lubricating said exhaust components.
For this purpose, the escapement according to the invention is characterized in that each of the pins comprises, at the height of the escapement wheel, a notch providing passage to the teeth of this wheel, with axial play, so that said teeth cooperate with the bottom of the notched part of the dowels, the con-cellar angles located between the bottom and the lips of the notch being intended to receive and store lubricating oil. This notch can for example be a groove or a notch.
The appended drawing shows, by way of example, two embodiments of the object of the invention represented by the essential components necessary for the understanding of the invention. Fig. 1 shows, in elevation and partially in section, a first embodiment; fig. 2 is a section taken along line II-II of the ankle of FIG. 1; fig. 3 shows, in elevation and partially in section, the second embodiment; fig. d is a section along the line IV - IV of the ankle of FIG. 3.
In fig. 1 and 2, we distinguish the. fork or anchor 5 and the anchor wheel 6 of an anchor escapement with pegs.
The fork 5 carries two pegs 7, only one of which is shown in the drawing. These che towns alternately cooperate with the teeth 61 of the anchor wheel 6 via the bottom of a radial notch 8 with which each che town 7 is provided at the height of the anchor wheel 6.
The notch 8 is formed by a circular groove whose lips are slightly flared, as shown in FIG. 1.
The stop and impulse planes of the teeth 61 of the anchor wheel thus cooperate with a portion of reduced diameter of the pin. The width of the groove 8 along the axis of the che town is such that there remains a gap 9 between the lips of the notch 8 and the two sides of the teeth of the anchor wheel.
The concave angles 10 located between the bottom and the lips of the groove 8 constitute oil tanks, that is to say reservoirs or collectors to receive, store and distribute, by capillary action, lubricating oil to the active surfaces of the organs. of the exhaust.
Indeed, this oil, of a certain viscosity, collects in 10 and extends both in the notch 8 and on the teeth of the anchor wheel.
The notch in the ankles of the fork could be constituted by a notch on the side 12 of the ankle, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4 of the drawing.
