Description

Snap-fastening, in particular for toothed moving parts of watch movements. The object of the invention is a snap-fastening, more particularly but not exclusively for toothed moving parts of watch movements and clock movements.

This -clipping comprises according to the invention, a pawl pivoted on a support and posing a protrusion engaged in an opening of the support, between a rigid part and a flexible part of the latter, this flexible part being manufactured with the support and constituting the pawl spring.

The accompanying drawing shows, by way of example, a ratchet catch of a watch barrel. Fig. 1 is a plan view, while FIGS. 2 and 3 each show a section along the line II-II resp. III-III of fig. 1.

On the thin plate (bridge) 4 of the frame of a watch movement is mounted the barrel rock 5 (shown partially, in phantom lines) fitted to a square of the barrel shaft (not shown). The plate 4 has on its internal face a recess 4 'for the barrel drum, so that the part of the plate, on which the ratchet 5 rests, is relatively thin. This relatively thin part is pierced with an opening 6 in V so as to form in the plate a laterally flexible tongue 7 and constituting the return spring of the retaining pawl 8 of the ratchet 5.

This pawl, called a “mass” in horological terminology, is pivotally mounted on the plate 4, by means of a bearing screw 9. It has a tooth 10 intended to cooperate with the toothing of the barrel ratchet. The tooth 10 has on its internal face a projection 10 'which is engaged in the opening 6 of the plate 4, between the rigid edge of the opening and the end of the tongue 7. The projection 10' bu so against the edge of the opening 6, the tooth 1c of the pawl prevents the ratchet from turning in a retrograde direction. On the other hand, when the rocket turns in the winding direction, the tooth 10 of the pawl is moved away from the teeth of the ratchet and causes the tongue 7 to bend through the. projection 10 '.

But, as soon as the ratchet ceases to be driven, the flexible tongue returns the tooth 10 to its initial position determined by the projection 10 'abutting against the edge of the opening 6.

The projection 10 'could be constituted by a pin, a finger or a screw adapted to the pawl.

The invention is also applicable to snap-fastenings comprising an impulse pawl for imparting a rotational movement, always in the same direction, to a toothed wheel.
