<Lite "baguette" shaped watch movement. The subject of the invention is a watch movement of the so-called "baguette" shape, the barrel of which drives the pinion of the escape wheel. by means of three toothed wheels: each comprising a pinion and a wheel, the first mobile, which and the large average before its center of rotation instead of the plate of the frame of the movement.
The so-called "baguette" watch movement, so called because of its particular shape (the caliber sound which is relatively long, but very narrow, generally comprises an anchor escapement and a relatively powerful motor barrel, if any. operation and setting (lu morrvcmetit must be satisfactory.
On the other hand, if the price of an anchor set is roughly inversely proportional to its size, a large set. gives better tuning results than a small assortment.
It is for this reason that the manufacturer seeks to spare in the caliber plane, as much space as possible for the motor barrel, on the one hand, and the exhaust components, on the other hand, to the detriment space reserved for the finishing wheels. This results in a high concentration of the gear train, which is difficult to achieve if it is desired to keep mobiles of normal dimensions ensuring good meshing.
The. Shows who. The subject of the invention provides an advantageous solution in this regard and meets all the conditions required of the problem. It is characterized in that the frame or cage of the movement comprises, fixed on the plate, a large medium bridge and another finishing bridge in which are pivoted by their posterior pivot, the second mobile which is the, small medium, the third mobile which is the field wheel and the escape wheel, the board of this fi nishing bridge extending over the bridge (the large middle. parallel to.
the latter, in such a way that a space separates the said finishing deck board and the medium-sized deck from each other, space in which the wheel of the second mobile, and the wheel and pinion of the third mobile.
The accompanying drawing shows, by way of example, an embodiment of the object of the invention.
The, fig. 1 is a view r.?u movement, from the side of the bridges, while FIG. 2 is a section, on a larger scale, along the broken line a-b-c-d-e-f of FIG. 1.
The embodiment shown is a movement having an anchor escapement and the caliber called "bag # liette" of which is rectangular in shape with cut angles.
The frame of the movement comprises a plate 3, to which are fixed, as usual, by feet and screws, the bay bridge 4, a large medium bridge 5, another finishing bridge 6, the cock 7 and the anchor bridge 8. The barrel 9 drives the pinion 10 of the escape wheel or the anchor wheel 11, via three fi nishing wheels each comprising a pinion and a wheel, c 'is - that is to say the pinion 12 and the large-medium wheel 13, the pinion 14 and the. 15 small medium wheel, 16 pinion and 17 field king.
The center of rotation of the large 1: 3 wheel (minute wheel) is located in the middle of the plate, while the center of rotation of the small medium wheel is located on the small transverse axis of the pass gauge. nt through the middle of plate 3 and the --winding rod 18.
The crown wheel 19 meshes with the barrel ratchet 20. The other parts of the winding and time-setting mechanism, as well as most of the parts of the exhaust link are not shown in the drawings, since their construction offers nothing special.
The finishing mobiles 12 to 17 and the anchor wheel 10, 11 are strongly concentrated towards the middle of the frame, so that as much space as possible is left in the plane of the frame for the barrel 9, of a on the one hand, the exhaust components and the Legulator device on the other. The concentration of said train has been achieved by judicious superimposition of the moving parts and by means of a slight increase in the height of the frame.
The space saving thus achieved, in favor of the escapement components, is such that it is possible to provide, for example, an anchor caliber, rod-shaped, size 41 #, "(width), with a anchor assortment of size corresponding to a normal round movement of 101/2 ".
For this purpose, the finishing deck 6 extends by its plank, on the medium-sized deck 5, parallel to the latter ,, de ma nière à. that a space separates one from the other said board of the large medium bridge and that of the finishing bridge 6. In this free space turn the small medium wheel 15 and the wheel 17 as well as the field pinion 1.6 , the wheel 17 being superimposed on the wheel 15 meshing with the field pinion 1,6. The wheels 15, 17 and the. anchor wheel 11 are pivoted by their rear pivot, in the board 6 'of the finishing bridge 6 and by their front pivot, the wheels 15 and 11 in the plate 3, the wheel 17 in the. deck plank 5.
In some caliber variations, the ba- i-eyelet could be swiveled into the large bridge. average. The aim of the gauge could also be designed so that the small to medium pinion 14 passes through an opening in the bridge. high medium 5.
