Description

  

      Verfabren    zur Herstellung eines als Netz- und     Hercerisiermittel          verwendbaren    Kondensationsproduktes.    Gegenstand des Hauptpatentes ist ein  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines als     Netz-          und    Waschmittel verwendbaren Kondensations  produktes, welches darin besteht, dass man       a-P-Oxäthansulfoeäure    auf ein     Alkobolgemisch,     das durch Hydrierung von     gokosöl    erhältlich  ist, einwirken lässt.  



  Gegenstand der vorliegenden Anmeldung  ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Kon  densationsproduktes, welches dadurch gekenn  zeichnet ist, dass man     a-ss-Oxäthansulfosäure     auf     n-Butylalkohol    einwirken lässt. Das End  produkt ist ein wasserlösliches weisses Pulver,  das in stärkster Lauge beständig ist und sich  vorzüglich als Netz- und     Mercerisiermittel     eignet. Man verwendet das Produkt zweck  mässig in Form einer konzentrierten wässe  rigen Lösung.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  Zu 74 Teilen     n-Butylalkohol    lässt man  126 Teile     a-ss-Oxäthansulfosäure    laufen und    rührt 5 Stunden bei     170-180'.    Man erhält  ein weisses wasserlösliches Pulver, das in  stärksten Laugen beständig ist und mit Vor  teil beim     Mercerisieren    angewendet werden  kann.

The product is conveniently used in the form of a concentrated aqueous solution.



  <I> Example: </I> 126 parts of α-β-oxethanesulfonic acid are allowed to run into 74 parts of n-butyl alcohol and the mixture is stirred at 170-180 ° for 5 hours. The result is a white water-soluble powder that is stable in the strongest alkaline solutions and can be used with some advantages in mercerising.

Das Endprodukt ist ein wasserlösliches weisses Pulver, das in stärksten Laugen beständig ist und sich vor züglich als Netz- und Mercerisiermittel eignet.
