Description

  

  Verfahren zur     Herstellung    eines Netz-,     Dispergier-,        Emulgier-    und Waschmittels.    Es wurde gefunden. dass man zu einem  neuen, wertvollen Netz-,     Dispergier-,        Emul-          gier-    und Waschmittel gelangen kann, wenn  man den     Glyzerindiä.ther    des durch Reduk  tion der Ester der Palmkern- und Kokosfett  säure hergestellten     Fettalkoholgemisches    mit  einem das Radikal     Tier    Chloressigsäure ent  haltenden Stoff in den zugehörigen Ester  umwandelt. und diesen in wässeriger Lösung  mit     Sulfiten    umsetzt.  



  Das entstandene feste Produkt ist in  Wasser klar löslich und zeichnet sich durch  vorzügliche Kalk-, Bittersalz-, Kochsalz- und       Säureeelitheit    aus.  



       Beispiel:     23,6 Teile     Natriumsalz    des durch Reduk  tion der Palmkern- und     Kokosfettsäure    her  gestellten     Fettalkoholgemisches    werden mit  14 Teilen     Glyzerindichlorhydrin    umgesetzt.

    Zu     3-1    Teilen des gebildeten     Glyzerinäthers     werden bei 30 bis 40' 13 Teile     Chlora.cetyl-          chlorid        zugetropft    und gerührt, bis die Salz  säureabspaltung beendet     ist.       12 Teile des Reaktionsproduktes werden  mit 18 Teilen     Natriumsulfit    in 70 Teilen  Wasser bei 9,0 bis 95   energisch verrührt,  bis sich eine Probe in Wasser klar löslich  zeigt. Das abgeschiedene Kondensationspro  dukt besitzt ein ausgezeichnetes     Wollwasch-          vermögen    und vereinigt in sich hohe Netz  fähigkeit mit guten sonstigen Eigenschaften.

    To 3-1 parts of the glycerol ether formed, 13 parts of Chlora.cetyl- chloride are added dropwise at 30 to 40 minutes and the mixture is stirred until the hydrochloric acid has been eliminated. 12 parts of the reaction product are vigorously stirred with 18 parts of sodium sulfite in 70 parts of water at 9.0 to 95, until a sample is clearly soluble in water. The separated condensation product has excellent wool washing power and combines high wetting ability with good other properties.

Claims
