Description

  

      Verfahren        zür        Herstellen"-    eines Netz-,     Dispergier-,        Enzulgier-    und     Waschmittels.       Es wurde gefunden, dass man zu einem       neuen,    wertvollen Netz-,     Dispergier-,        Emul-          "ier-    und     Wasehmittel    gelangen kann, wenn  man den     CTlvzerindioleinäther    mit einem. das       ll.adika.l    der Chloressigsäure enthaltenden  Stoff in den zugehörigen Ester umwandelt  und diesen in wässeriger Lösung mit Sul  fiden umsetzt.  



  Das entstandene feste Produkt ist in  Wasser klar löslich und zeichnet     sich    durch  vorzügliche Kalk-, Bittersalz-, Kochsalz- und  Säureechtheit aus.  



       Beispiel:     29 Teile     Natriumsalz    des     Oleinalkohols     werden mit 14 Teilen     Glyzerindichlorhydrin     umgesetzt. Zu 38 Teilen des gebildeten     Gly-          zerinäthers    werden bei 30 bis 40   13 Teile       Chloracetylchlorid        zugetropft    und gerührt,  bis die     Salzsäureabspaltung    beendet ist.  



  10 Teile des Reaktionsproduktes werden  mit     1,7,5    Teilen     Natriumsulfit    in 70 Teilen    Wasser bei 90 bis 95   energisch verrührt,  bis sich eine Probe in Wasser klar löslich  zeigt. Das abgeschiedene     Kondensations-          produkt    besitzt ein ausgezeichnetes     Woll-          waschvermögen    und vereinigt in sich hohe  Netzfähigkeit mit guten sonstigen Eigen  schaften.

  10 parts of the reaction product are vigorously stirred with 1.7.5 parts of sodium sulfite in 70 parts of water at 90 to 95, until a sample is clearly soluble in water. The separated condensation product has excellent wool washing power and combines high wetting ability with other good properties.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Netz-, Dispergier-, Emulgier- und Waschmittels, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man den Gly- zerindioleinäther mit .einem das Radikal der Chloressigsäure enthaltenden Stoff in den zugehörigen Ester umwandelt und diesen in wässeriger Lösung mit Sulfiden umsetzt. Das entstandene feste Produkt ist in Wasser klar löslich und zeichnet sich durch vorzügliche Kalk-, Bittersalz-, Kochsalz- und Säureechtheit aus.
