Description

  

  Verfahren zur     Herstellung    eines Netz-,     Dispergier-,        Emulgier-    und     Waschmittels.       Es wurde gefunden, dass man zu einem  neuen, wertvollen Netz-,     Dispergier-,        Emul-          gier-    und Waschmittel gelangen kann, wenn  man den     Monoglyzerinäther    des     Oetylalkohols     mit einem das Radikal der Chloressigsäure  enthaltenden Stoff in den zugehörigen Ester  umwandelt und diesen in wässeriger Lösung  mit     Sulfiten    umsetzt.  



  Das entstandene feste Produkt ist in  Wasser klar löslich und zeichnet sich durch  vorzügliche Kalk-, Bittersalz-, Kochsalz- und  Säureechtheit aus.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  26,5 Teile     Natriumsalz    des     Cetylalkohols     werden mit 12 Teilen     Glyzerinchlorhydrin     bei 80   umgesetzt. Zu 34 Teilen des gebildeten       Glyzerinäthers    werden bei 30-40   13 Teile       Chloracetylelrlorid        zugetropft    und gerührt, bis  die     Salzsäureabspaltung    beendigt ist.  



       ,_    . 12,5 Teile des Reaktionsproduktes werden  mit 15 Teilen     Natriumsulfit    in 70 Teilen    Wasser bei 90-95   energisch verrührt, bis  sich eine Probe in Wasser klar löslich zeigt.  Das abgeschiedene Kondensationsprodukt be  sitzt ein ausgezeichnetes     Wollwaschvermögen     und vereinigt in sich hohe Netzfähigkeit mit  guten sonstigen Eigenschaften.

  <I> Example: </I> 26.5 parts of the sodium salt of cetyl alcohol are reacted with 12 parts of glycerol chlorohydrin at 80. 13 parts of chloroacetyl chloride are added dropwise at 30-40 to 34 parts of the glycerol ether formed and the mixture is stirred until the elimination of hydrochloric acid is complete.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Netz-, Dispergier-, Emulgier- und Waschmittels, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man den Mono glyzerinäther des Cetylalkohols mit einem das Radikal der Chloressigsäure enthaltenden Stoff in den zugehörigen Ester umwandelt und diesen in wässeriger Lösung mit Sulfiten umsetzt. Das entstandene feste Produkt ist in Wasser klar löslich und zeichnet sich durch vorzügliche Kalk-, Bittersalz-, Kochsalz- und Säureechtheit aus.
