Description
Verfahren zur Darstellung eines stickstoffhaltigen ILäpenfarbstoffes. Im Hauptpatent ist ein Verfahren zur Darstellung eines stickstoffhaltigen Küpen- farbstoffes beschrieben, bei dem .man 1 Mol. des durch Behandlung von Pyranthron mit HaIogen in Chlorsulfonsäure erhältlichen Tc- trahalogenpyranthrons mit 3 Mol. ,
des durch Nitrieren von Dibenzanthron mit @Salpeter- säure in Nitrobenzol und Reduktion der entstandenen N itroverbindung erhältlichen Aminodibenzanthrons und 1 Mol. 1-Amino- anthrachinon umsetzt.
Es wurde nun gefundbn, dass man einen neuen Küpenfarbstoff erhält, wenn man 1 Mol. Tetrahalogenpyranthron, erhältlich durch Halügenieren von Pyranthron in Chlor sulfo.nsäure, mit 1 Mol. Aminodibenzauthron, erhältlich durch Reduktion ,(les durch Nitrie ren von Dibenzanthron erhältlichen Nitro- dibenzanthron, und 3 Hol.
1-Aminoa.nthra- ehinon umsetzt.
Die Kondensation führt man zweckmässig in hochsiedenden Verdünnungsmitteln und unter Zusatz von säurobind'enden Mitteln, wie Natriumacetat, aus. Vielfach ist es von Vor teil, Katalysatoren, beispielsweise Kupfer verbindungen, zuzusetzen.
Der neue Farbstoff löst sieh in konzen trierter Schwefelsäure mit rotvioletter Farbe und .gibt mit .alk alischer Hydrosulfitlösung eine blauviolette Küpenlösung, aus der die pflanzliche Faser in schwarzen, hervorragend echten Tönen ,gefärbt wird.
<I>Beispiel:</I> 36 Teile Tetrarbrompyranthron (darge stellt durch Behandeln von Pyra,nthron mit Brom in Chlorsulfonsäure), 23,5 Teile Amino- dibenzanthron, 35 Teile 1-Aminoanthrachi- non, 30 Teile hTatriuma)cetat, 4 Teile Kupfer oxyd, 4 Teile Kupfercarbonat werden in 1000 Teilen Nitrobenzol so lange unter Rühren creko.cht, bis das Reaktionsprodukt praktisch bromfrei ist.
Darauf wird das Reaktions produkt in @d-er üblichen Weise aufgearbeitet.
Process for the preparation of a nitrogen-containing lap dye. The main patent describes a process for the preparation of a nitrogen-containing vat dye, in which 1 mol of the tetrahalogen pyranthrone obtainable by treating pyranthrone with halogens in chlorosulfonic acid is 3 mol.,
of the aminodibenzanthrone obtainable by nitrating dibenzanthrone with @ nitric acid in nitrobenzene and reducing the resulting nitro compound and 1 mol. 1-aminoanthraquinone.
It has now been found that a new vat dye is obtained if 1 mole of tetrahalogenopyranthrone, obtainable by halogenating pyranthrone in chlorosulfonic acid, with 1 mole of aminodibenzauthrone, obtainable by reduction, (the nitro obtainable by nitrating dibenzanthrone dibenzanthron, and 3 hol.
1-Aminoa.nthra- ehinon converts.
The condensation is expediently carried out in high-boiling diluents and with the addition of acid-binding agents such as sodium acetate. In many cases it is of advantage to add catalysts, such as copper compounds.
The new dye dissolves in concentrated sulfuric acid with a red-violet color and, with an alkaline hydrosulphite solution, gives a blue-violet vat solution from which the vegetable fibers are colored in black, exceptionally real shades.
<I> Example: </I> 36 parts of tetrarbromopyranthrone (produced by treating pyra, nthrone with bromine in chlorosulfonic acid), 23.5 parts of aminodibenzanthrone, 35 parts of 1-aminoanthraquinone, 30 parts of sodium a) acetate, 4 Parts of copper oxide and 4 parts of copper carbonate are creko.cht in 1000 parts of nitrobenzene with stirring until the reaction product is practically bromine-free.
The reaction product is then worked up in the usual manner.
