Machine à couper les carreaux dits "planelles". L'objet de la présente invention est une machine à couper les carreaux dits "pla- nelles" comportant un bâti sur lequel se déplace un dispositif de coupe comportant un canon portant une molette, cette dernière étant maneuvrée horizontalement et vertica lement au moyen de deux vis.
Les fig. 1 et 2 du dessin annexé repré sentent, â titre d'exemple, une forme d'exé cution de l'objet de l'invention.
La fig. 1 est une coupe verticale par tielle de la machine ; La fig. 2 est une vue de profil, le bâti étant coupé.
La machine comporte un bâti 1 sur le quel se déplace un dispositif permettant de couper les planelles. Ce dernier comporte une plaque de guidage 2 pouvant glisser sur le bâti 1 ; à l'intérieur de cette plaque 2 se visse la vis 3 de laquelle est solidaire, au moyen d'une bague d'arrêt 4, un canon 5 glissant dans le canon fixe 6 chassé dans la pièce 7. Cette dernière est elle-même fixée â la plaque de guidage 2 et est évi- dée en sa partie centrale ainsi que le canon 5 comportant le trou 8. Sur le canon 5 s'appuie le ressort 9 ; le canon 5 porte â son extrémité inférieure une molette 10. A la pièce 7 est fixé un écrou 11 pour la vis 12 ; cette dernière, qui pivote dans le bâti 1, est mue par la manivelle 13.
Le fonctionnement de la machine est le suivant On dispose la planelle à couper sous la molette 10, puis on fait descendre la vis 3; celle-ci libère le ressort 8, lequel était com- primé, et produit ainsi la descente du canon 5 portant la molette 10. On déplace ensuite le dispositif portant cette dernière au moyen de la vis 12 traversant le canon 5 mue par la manivelle 13 et agissant sur l'écrou 11 fixé â la pièce 7.' La vis 12 traverse le canon 5 lequel possède une ouverture dont la dimension verticale est telle que l'on puisse déplacer le canon 5 sans qu'il frotte contre la vis 12.
Pour dégager la molette il suffit de dévisser la vis 3 ; la bague d'arrêt 4 fixée â la vis 3 provoque l'ascension du canon 5 et en même temps comprime le ressort 9.
Machine for cutting so-called "planelles" tiles. The object of the present invention is a machine for cutting so-called "flat" tiles comprising a frame on which moves a cutting device comprising a barrel carrying a wheel, the latter being operated horizontally and vertically by means of two screw.
Figs. 1 and 2 of the accompanying drawing represent, by way of example, one embodiment of the object of the invention.
Fig. 1 is a partial vertical section of the machine; Fig. 2 is a side view, the frame being cut.
The machine comprises a frame 1 on which a device for cutting the planelles moves. The latter comprises a guide plate 2 which can slide on the frame 1; inside this plate 2 is screwed the screw 3 of which is integral, by means of a stop ring 4, a barrel 5 sliding in the fixed barrel 6 driven into the part 7. The latter is itself fixed to the guide plate 2 and is hollowed out in its central part as well as the barrel 5 comprising the hole 8. On the barrel 5 rests the spring 9; the barrel 5 carries at its lower end a wheel 10. To the part 7 is fixed a nut 11 for the screw 12; the latter, which pivots in the frame 1, is moved by the crank 13.
The operation of the machine is as follows. The plane to be cut is placed under the wheel 10, then screw 3 is lowered; this releases the spring 8, which was compressed, and thus produces the descent of the barrel 5 carrying the wheel 10. The device carrying the latter is then moved by means of the screw 12 passing through the barrel 5 moved by the crank 13 and acting on the nut 11 fixed to the part 7. ' The screw 12 passes through the barrel 5 which has an opening whose vertical dimension is such that the barrel 5 can be moved without it rubbing against the screw 12.
To release the wheel, simply unscrew screw 3; the stop ring 4 fixed to the screw 3 causes the rise of the barrel 5 and at the same time compresses the spring 9.
