Dispositif de poinçonnage pour presse Le présent brevet a pour objet un dispositif de poinçonnage pour presse, constitué par une partie mâle et par une partie femelle destinées, à être fixées respectivement sur le coulisseau et la table de la presse, la partie mâle comprenant un bâti, un poin çon fixé amoviblement sur ce bâti, un serre-flan dévêtisseur susceptible de coulisser axialement, dans un logement de ce bâti, à l'encontre de l'action d'un ressort de rappel et de dévêtissage, des moyens de guidage de ce serre-flan, et une butée fixant sa po sition de rappel,
la partie femelle comprenant un bâti et une matrice fixée amoviblement sur ce bâti.
Ce dispositif est caractérisé par le fait que le poinçon prend appui sur une plaque ajustée dans ledit logement et maintenue en place par le ressort et par le fait que la butée fixant la position de rappel du serre-flan est une bague filetée vissée sur une por tée de la paroi extérieure dudit logement.
Le dessin représente, à titre d'exemple, une forme d'exécution de l'objet de l'invention.
La fig. 1 en est une vue en élévation ; la fig. 2 est une vue en plan de la partie femelle du dispositif ; la fig. 3 est une vue en coupe par un plan axial perpendiculaire au plan de la fig. 1.
Le dispositif représenté comprend une partie mâle 10 et une partie femelle 11 destinées à être montées., par l'intermédiaire de leurs bâtis respec tifs 12 et 13, qui présentent chacun quatre trous 14 pour le passage de boulons de fixation, sur le coulis- seau et la table d'une presse non représentée.
Le bâti 13 de la partie femelle est muni de deux pieds de centrage 15 et porte une matrice circulaire amovible 16 d'ouverture carrée dont le positionne ment angulaire est assuré par une clavette 17, tra versant le bâti et maintenue en place par une vis 18. Le siège de cette matrice est percé de manière à permettre l'évacuation, par un passage 19 du bâti, des déchets de découpage.
Le bâti 12 de la partie mâle présente un loge ment 20 dont la paroi est formée par un alésage cylindrique 21 dans lequel est ajustée une plaque dé support circulaire 22 sur laquelle le poinçon 23 du dispositif est fixé par un axe fileté 24.
L'extrémité inférieure de ce poinçon, de section correspondant à l'ouverture de la matrice, traverse un serre-flan 25 par lequel il est guidé. Ce serre- flan est ajusté dans l'alésage 21.
Entre la plaque de support 22 et un épaulement intérieur du serre-flan 25, est disposé un ressort de compression 26 qui, d'une part, applique une battue extérieure de ce serre-flan contre 1e bord intérieur, formant butée, d'une bague 27 vissée sur une por tée filetée du bâti, et, d'autre part, maintient la pla que 22 contre le fond du logement 20.
Le guidage et le positionnement angulaire du serre-flan 25, qui, lorsque le poinçon est en action, applique la pièce en travail contre la face supérieure de la matrice 16, en même temps, que le ressort 26 se comprime, sont assurés par une clavette 29 tra versant le bâti 12 et maintenue en place, par une vis 30. Le centrage du bâti 12 sur le coulisseau de la presse est réalisé au moyen d'une goupille de cen trage 28 et d'une goupille de positionnement 31.
Le principal avantage du dispositif décrit réside dans le fait que le changement de matrice et de poin çon peut être effectué très rapidement, contrairement aux autres dispositifs de ce type actuellement sur le marché, en dégageant les clavettes de guidage 17 et 29 et en dévissant la bague 27. Ce changement est encore, plus simple dans, le cas de poinçonnage circu laire, les, clavettes de guidage pouvant être dans ce cas dégagées de la matrice 16 et du serre-flan 25, pendant le travail de la presse.
Dans une variante le poinçon 23 ne sera pas vissé dans la plaque de support 22, mais. ajusté dans une ouverture de ce dernier présentant une portée conique contre laquelle un épaulement de forme cor respondante du poinçon sera appliqué par le res sort 26.

This device is characterized by the fact that the punch bears on a plate fitted in said housing and held in place by the spring and by the fact that the stop fixing the return position of the blank holder is a threaded ring screwed onto a por tee of the outer wall of said housing.

The device shown comprises a male part 10 and a female part 11 intended to be mounted., By means of their respective frames 12 and 13, which each have four holes 14 for the passage of fixing bolts, on the slide- bucket and table of a press not shown.
The frame 13 of the female part is provided with two centering feet 15 and carries a removable circular die 16 with a square opening, the angular positioning of which is ensured by a key 17, passing through the frame and held in place by a screw 18 The seat of this die is pierced so as to allow the evacuation, through a passage 19 of the frame, of the cutting waste.
The frame 12 of the male part has a housing 20 the wall of which is formed by a cylindrical bore 21 in which is fitted a circular support plate 22 on which the punch 23 of the device is fixed by a threaded pin 24.
The lower end of this punch, of section corresponding to the opening of the die, passes through a blank holder 25 by which it is guided. This hold-down is fitted in bore 21.
Between the support plate 22 and an inner shoulder of the hold-down 25, there is disposed a compression spring 26 which, on the one hand, applies an outer beat of this hold-down against the inner edge, forming a stop, with a ring 27 screwed onto a threaded door of the frame, and, on the other hand, maintains the plate 22 against the bottom of the housing 20.
The guiding and angular positioning of the blank holder 25, which, when the punch is in action, applies the workpiece against the upper face of the die 16, at the same time as the spring 26 compresses, are ensured by a key 29 passing through the frame 12 and held in place by a screw 30. The frame 12 is centered on the slide of the press by means of a centering pin 28 and a positioning pin 31.
The main advantage of the device described lies in the fact that the change of die and punch can be carried out very quickly, unlike other devices of this type currently on the market, by releasing the guide keys 17 and 29 and unscrewing the ring 27. This change is even simpler in the case of circular punching, the guide keys being able in this case to be released from the die 16 and from the blank holder 25, during the working of the press.
In a variant, the punch 23 will not be screwed into the support plate 22, but. fitted in an opening of the latter having a conical bearing against which a shoulder of corresponding shape of the punch will be applied by the res sort 26.
