  Dispositif de fixation d'une pierre     dornement    dans sa monture    La présente invention a pour objet un  dispositif de fixation d'une pierre d'ornement  dans sa monture. Ce dispositif est caractérisé       par   <B>le</B> fait qu'il comprend, d'une part, une ou  verture ménagée dans ladite monture et dans  laquelle     pénùtre    la partie supérieure de la  pierre et, d'autre part, deux épaulements mé  nagés dans la monture et situés de part et  d'autre de la pierre, et une plaquette élastique  prenant appui sur lesdits épaulements et agis  sant sur la partie inférieure de la pierre, de  manière<B>à</B> serrer celle-ci contre un -rebord que  présente ladite ouverture.  



  Le dessin ci-annexé représente,<B>à</B> titre  d'exemple, une forme d'exécution de l'objet de  l'invention.  



  La     fig.   <B>1</B> est une vue en plan, de dessus,  et la     fig.    2 une coupe suivant     IMI    de la     fig.   <B>1.</B>  La monture<B>1</B> présente une ouverture cen  trale circulaire 2, dont le bord<B>3,</B> légèrement  incliné par rapport au plan de la monture,       s%pplique    sur les côtés de la partie supérieure  4a de la pierre pénétrant dans l'ouverture et  donne l'impression, vu depuis l'extérieur, que  la pierre     -est    sertie dans la monture.  



  Celle-ci présente, ménagés sur sa face in  térieure, de part et d'autre de la pierre, deux  épaulements la, formés par le bord replié de  la monture, et sur lesquels prend appui une    plaquette élastique<B>5.</B> Cette dernière est per  cée d'un trou central<B>6</B> dans lequel pénètre  l'extrémité<B>de</B> la partie inférieure 4b de la  pierre, de manière<B>à</B> serrer celle-ci contre le  rebord<B>3</B> de l'ouverture 2.

  This has, provided on its inner face, on either side of the stone, two shoulders 1a, formed by the folded edge of the frame, and on which rests an elastic plate <B> 5. </ B> The latter is pierced with a central hole <B> 6 </B> into which the end <B> of </B> the lower part 4b of the stone penetrates, so <B> to </ B> tighten it against the edge <B> 3 </B> of the opening 2.

Claims

CLAIM : Device for fixing a stone in its frame, characterized by the fact that it comprises, on the one hand, an opening formed in said grinding and in which penetrates the upper part of the stone and, on the other hand, two shoulders formed in the frame and located on either side of the stone, and an elastic plate bearing on said shoulders and acting on the lower part of the stone, so as to the latter against a rim that has said opening.

SUB-CLAIM Device according to claim, characterized in that, said plate is pierced with a hole into which the end of the lower part of the stone, - in a manner to center it in the aforesaid opening.
