Bearing for timepiece. The present invention relates to a bearing for a timepiece, in which the counter-pivot is held in place by a flange bearing on the one hand on the support of the bearing, on the other hand on the counter-pivot. .
This bearing is characterized by the fact that this flange has the shape of a <B> U </B> of which the ends of the branches, directed towards the outside and the median part, presenting an external projection, penetrate into a housing of the support, an inlet communicating the outside with the housing of said projection to allow passage of the latter during the assembly and disassembly of the flange, the latter resting on the counter-pivot by the middle of its branches.
The appended drawing represents, by way of example, two embodiments of the object of the invention and a variant.
Fig. 1 is a plan view of a fixed bearing for a timepiece mobile, constituting the first embodiment.
Fig. 2 is a section along II-II of fig.1.
Fig. 3 is a section, similar to that of FIG. 2 of a variant.
Fig. 4 is a plan view of a shock-absorbing bearing for a timepiece mobile, constituting the second embodiment.
Fig. 5 is a section along V-V of FIG. 4.
The bearing shown in fig. 1 and 2 comprises a support 1 intended to fit in a bridge or in the plate and in a central hole 2 of which is mounted the pierced stone 3i, constituting the pad.
The counter-pivot stone 4 rests on the bottom 5 of a recess 6 made in the outer face of the support 1; it is held in place by a flange 7, in the shape of a <B> U, </B> - the ends of which each have an exterior projection 7a and the middle part of which also has an exterior projection 7b. These sail lies 7a and 7b enter a. same housing which is constituted by an annular groove 8 made in the support 1.
An entry 9 makes the @ outer face of the support communicate with the groove 8. This entry is used for mounting and removing the flange 7. To mount the latter, the branches .du U are clamped by means of tweezers, so So that the projections 7a can be introduced into the groove 8 and the flange is oriented in the position shown in phantom in fig. 1, position in which the projection 7b is located opposite the entrance 9.
This projection is then pushed towards the center by inserting a tool into a notch 16 made in the outer periphery of this projection; when it is at the height of the entry 9, pressure is exerted on it so as to bring it to the level of the groove 8. Introducing then. a tweezer in the notch 16 and in a notch 10 made in the inner edge of the flange, this flange is rotated to bring it to the position shown in solid lines in fig: 1, position in which the two projections 7a and the protrusion 7b are in place in the groove 8.
In this position, two internal projections 7c of the flange 7, located in the middle of the branches of the latter, bear on the counter-pivot stone 4 and prevent it from moving. It should be noted that, most of the flange 7 being located in the plane of the groove 8, it surrounds the counter-pivot stone 4 and thus serves for its centering.
In the variant of FIG. 3, the counter-pivot stone 4 is not centered by the flange, designated by 11, but by a recess 12 made in the support 13. The upper face 14 of the groove 15 of the support 13 is located above the outer face of the counter-pivot stone 4, so that the flange 11 can no longer be used for centering the stone 4.
The bearing of fig. 4 and 5 is a shock absorbing bearing. The flange 17, in <B> 'U, </B> whose outer projections 17a and 17b penetrate into recesses 18, forming housings, of the support 19, constitutes a shock-absorbing spring recalling the counter-pivot 20 and the pad 21 in place when they are moved under the effect of shocks suffered by the shaft. For this purpose, the pad 21 is driven into a cha ton 22, in a seat 23 of which the counter-pivot 20 rests. This chaton 22 has an outer bearing surface 24 resting on an annular seat 19a of the bearing support.
The res out 17 bears by internal projections <B> 17th </B> on the counter-pivot 20; an entrance 25, for the passage of the projection 17b, communicates the exterior of the landing with one of the recesses 18.
