Description

  

      Dispositif    pour le repérage d'un conducteur électrique    La     présente        invention        concerne        un        dispositif    pour  le     repérage        d'-un        conducteur        électrique.    On     connaît     déjà     un;

          dispositif    dé     repérage    comprenant des     élé-          monts    de     repérage    qui s'emboîtent les     uns,    dans les  autres, la     fixation    dé     ce    dispositif     sur    le     conducteur     à     repérer    se faisant par deux     ressorts    intercalés     entre          ces    éléments.  



  La     présente        invention    a pour but dé fournir un  dispositif de     repérage    dont da fixation se     fait    par     dés     moyens différents.  



  Le     dispositif        pour    le     repérage    d'un     conducteur          électrique    qui fait l'objet die     l'invention    est     caractérisé     par le fait     qu'il        comprend        une        broche    sur laquelle  sont     emmanchés    des     éléments    de repérage,

   d'ensem  ble des     éléments    de     repérage    et<B>de</B> la     broche        étant          destiné    à être fixé sur le     conducteur    à     repérer    à  l'aide d'une     pièce        élastique    qui     s'adapte    sur une par  tie de la     broche.     



  La     broche    peut être en     matière        élastique    et pré  senter des dents de     façon    que, lorsque les     éléments     dé repérage sont mis en place, les     dents        empêchent     les éléments de     se        déplacer    sur la     broche.     



  Le dessin     annexé        représente,    à     Mitre    d'exemple,  une forme     d'exécution    du     dispositif    selon     l'invention.     La     fig.    1     représente    des vues latérales des     diffé-          rentes        parties    d'un dispositif de     repérage,        certaines     de ces     parties        étant    vues en coupe.  



  La     fig.    2     représente    les     éléments    de     repérage          montés    sur la broche.  



  La     fig.    3     illustre    le montage de la     pièce    élasti  que sur un     conducteur.     



  La     fig.    4     représente    le     dispositif    de repérage  monté sur un     conducteur.     



       Le        dispositif    de     repérage        représenté    sur la     fig.    1       comprend    une     broche    1, des éléments     de    repérage 2       présentant        chacun        un    alvéole 3 qui peut s'emman-    cher     sur    la     broche    1,

   et une     pièce        élastique    4 pour  la     fixation    de     l'ensemble    sur le     conducteur    à     .repérer          (fig.    3).  



  La broche 1     comporte    un talon 7 pour la butée  des     éléments    de     repérage    2 et     une    cavité 8     ménagée     entre le talon 7 et     l'extrémité    9 de la broche 1 pour       l'accrochage    de la     pièce        élastique    de,     fixation    4.

   La  broche 1     est    en     matière        souple    et     comporte    des     dents     10     destinées    à     accrocher    les éléments de repérage 2.

    La     broche    1 est     en    matière     moulée        teintée        dans    la       masse    de façon que     1e        ,talon    7 puisse     remplacer    les       embouts    de couleur     généralement        utilisés    pour     définir     la fonction du conducteur     repéré.     



       Comme        1e    montre la     fig.    2, les     éléments    de repé  rage 2 en matière     moulée    sont     emmanchés    sur la       broche    1 et     butent    sur le talon 7, les,     dents    de     1a          broche        empêchant        des        éléments    de se     déplacer    sur  la     broche.     



  La     fig.    3     donne    le détail de la     pièce    élastique 4  en matière     moulée        qui        forme        ptiuce    et que l'an peut  déformer     pour    sa fixation sur     le        conducteur    5.

   A  cet effet elle comporte     deux    dents 11     qui    ménagent       entre        elles        une        glissière    6 du côté de la     pince        opposé     au     conducteur    5,     laquelle    glissière reçoit à force       l'extrémité    9 de la broche 1,

   ce quia pour consé  quence     d'augmenter        l'effet    de     serrage    de la     pièce          élastique    4 sur le     conducteur    5.  



  Les     éléments    2     emmanchés    sur la broche 1 et       fixés    sur le     conducteur    5 par la     pièce        élastique    4       forment    un ensemble     tel    que représenté sur les deux       vues    de la     fig.    4     qui,        sont        respectivement        une    vue en       élévation    et une vue de dessus de     l'ensemble    du dis  positif de     repérage    mis.

  On obtient     ainsi    un     dispositif    de repérage de réa  lisation     swmple    et     permettant    un     montage    et un     dé-          montage        rapides    sur .le     conducteur    à     repérer.  



      Device for locating an electrical conductor The present invention relates to a device for locating an electrical conductor. We already know one;

          tracking device comprising tracking elements which fit into each other, the fixing of this device on the conductor to be marked being effected by two springs interposed between these elements.



  The object of the present invention is to provide a locating device the fixing of which is effected by different means.



  The device for locating an electrical conductor which is the subject of the invention is characterized in that it comprises a pin on which the locating elements are fitted,

   of all the marking elements and <B> of </B> the spindle being intended to be fixed on the conductor to be marked with the aid of an elastic piece which fits on a part of the spindle.



  The spindle may be of resilient material and have teeth so that, when the registration elements are in place, the teeth prevent the elements from moving on the spindle.



  The appended drawing represents, by way of example, an embodiment of the device according to the invention. Fig. 1 shows side views of the various parts of a marking device, some of these parts being seen in section.



  Fig. 2 shows the marking elements mounted on the spindle.



  Fig. 3 illustrates the mounting of the elastic part on a conductor.



  Fig. 4 shows the tracking device mounted on a conductor.



       The tracking device shown in FIG. 1 comprises a pin 1, marking elements 2 each having a socket 3 which can be fitted onto the pin 1,

   and an elastic part 4 for fixing the assembly to the conductor to be identified (fig. 3).



  The pin 1 comprises a heel 7 for the stop of the marking elements 2 and a cavity 8 formed between the heel 7 and the end 9 of the pin 1 for the attachment of the elastic part of the binding 4.

   The pin 1 is made of flexible material and has teeth 10 intended to hook the marking elements 2.

    The pin 1 is made of a molded material dyed in the mass so that the heel 7 can replace the colored tips generally used to define the function of the marked conductor.



       As shown in fig. 2, the marking elements 2 in molded material are fitted on the spindle 1 and abut on the heel 7, the teeth of the spindle preventing elements from moving on the spindle.



  Fig. 3 gives the detail of the elastic part 4 of molded material which forms a chip and which the year can deform for its attachment to the conductor 5.

   For this purpose, it has two teeth 11 which form a slide 6 between them on the side of the clamp opposite the conductor 5, which slide forcefully receives the end 9 of the pin 1,

   which has the consequence of increasing the clamping effect of the elastic part 4 on the conductor 5.



  The elements 2 fitted onto the pin 1 and fixed to the conductor 5 by the elastic part 4 form an assembly as shown in the two views of FIG. 4 which are respectively an elevation view and a top view of the assembly of the positioning device placed.

  A swmple realization tracking device is thus obtained which allows rapid assembly and disassembly on the conductor to be marked.

Claims

CLAIM Device for locating an electrical conductor, characterized in that it comprises a pin on which are fitted locating elements,

the assembly of the marking elements and of the pin being intended to be fixed on the conductor to be marked with the aid of an elastic part which fits on a part of the pin.

SUB-CLAIMS 1. Device according to claim, characterized in that the pin comprises a heel forming <I> mark </I> and constituting a stop for the marking elements.

2. Device according to claim and sub- claim 1, characterized in that the arrows comprises teeth on which the marking elements are hooked. 3.

Device according to claim and sub-claims 1 and 2, characterized in that the elastic part comprises a clamp which is intended to embrace the conductor to be marked and a slide located on the opposite side of the part relative to the conductor,
