Dispositif pour figer un soulier à un ski. La présente invention a pour objet un dispositif pour fixer un soulier à un ski, comprenant deux demi-étriers, caractérisé en ce que chacun de ceux-ci comporte une paroi latérale munie d'au moins une encoche dans laquelle est susceptible de venir en prise au moins une dent que comporte un élément de flasque, auquel est fixée la courroie destinée à passer derrière le talon du soulier susmen tionné, cet élément de flasque étant solidaire du demi-étrier.
Le dessin annexé montre, à titre d'exem ple, une forme d'exécution de l'objet de l'in vention.
La fig. 1 est une vue latérale en éléva tion d'un soulier fixé sur un ski; La fig. 2 est une vue latérale en éléva tion d'un élément de flasque et d'un demi- étrier; La fig. 3 est une vue en plan d'un élé ment de flasque et d'une portion d'un demi- étrier.
Le dispositif représenté comprend deux demi-étriers tels que 1, entre lesquels est maintenu, au moyen de courroies, un soulier 2. Chacun des demi-étriers 1 comporte d'une part une plaque 3 solidaire du ski 4, d'autre part une paroi latérale 5, à laquelle, par l'in termédiaire d'une plaque 6, est relié un élé ment de flasque 7. Ce dernier, muni d'une dent 8 qui peut venir en prise avec une encoche 9 ménagée sur la tranche de la paroi 5, est monté à pivotement sur la plaque 6. Celle-ci est également ajustée au moyen d'un pivot 10 à la paroi 5.
L'extrémité 12 de la courroie 11, fixée dans l'ouverture 13 du flasque 7, peut se déplacer avec ce dernier, de façon que la direction de la tension de cette courroie 11, sur le talon 17, varie lorsqu'on déplace le flasque 7. Le tout est réalisé pour que cette tension soit oblique par rapport au plan du ski lorsque la dent 8 est en prise dans l'en coche 9, ceci dans le but d'appliquer, lors d'une descente, par exemple, le talon 17 sur le bois du ski 4.
Au contraire, pour se déplacer en mon tant le long d'une pente, la dent 8 est libérée afin de faciliter les mouvements du pied. L'élément du flasque 7 pourrait également être fixé à pivotement directement sur la paroi 5, dans la partie latérale de laquelle serait alors ménagée une encoche.
Il est à remarquer que, soit l'élément de flasque peut comporter une ou plusieurs dents, soit le demi-étrier être muni d'une ou plu sieurs encoches, ceci de manière à pouvoir donner plusieurs inclinaisons à la courroie 11.
L'élément de flasque 7 est, au moyen du rivet 14, fixé à la plaque 6; celle-ci comporte un évidement 15 dans lequel est placé une rondelle élastique 16 destinée à maintenir une pression suffisante entre les pièces 6 et 7.

The device shown comprises two half-stirrups such as 1, between which is held, by means of straps, a shoe 2. Each of the half-stirrups 1 comprises on the one hand a plate 3 integral with the ski 4, on the other hand a side wall 5, to which, via a plate 6, is connected a flange element 7. The latter, provided with a tooth 8 which can engage with a notch 9 provided on the edge of the wall 5 is mounted to pivot on the plate 6. The latter is also adjusted by means of a pivot 10 to the wall 5.
The end 12 of the belt 11, fixed in the opening 13 of the flange 7, can move with the latter, so that the direction of the tension of this belt 11, on the heel 17, varies when moving the flange 7. Everything is done so that this tension is oblique with respect to the plane of the ski when the tooth 8 is engaged in the notch 9, this in order to apply, during a descent, for example, the heel 17 on the wood of the ski 4.
On the contrary, in order to move along a slope, tooth 8 is released in order to facilitate the movements of the foot. The element of the flange 7 could also be fixed to pivot directly on the wall 5, in the lateral part of which a notch would then be formed.
It should be noted that either the flange element may comprise one or more teeth, or the half-caliper may be provided with one or more notches, this so as to be able to give several inclinations to the belt 11.
The flange element 7 is, by means of the rivet 14, fixed to the plate 6; the latter comprises a recess 15 in which is placed an elastic washer 16 intended to maintain sufficient pressure between the parts 6 and 7.
