Appareil à fagoter. La présente invention a pour objet un appareil à fagoter, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte, figée sur un socle, une barrerecour- bée en forme d'U ouvert vers le haut lequel est destiné à contenir les branches de bois à réunir en fagot, l'une des branches de ce <B>U</B> étant munie de dents, et l'autre d'au moins un alésage traversé par un pivot servant à articuler à cette branche une des extrémités d'une pièce courbe coopérant avec<B>PU</B> pour serrer lesdites branches de bois, et dont l'ex trémité libre porte un cliquet venant en prise avec l'une des dents susmentionnées.
Le dessin annexé montre, à titre d'exem ple, une forme d'exécution de l'objet de l'in vention.
La fig. 1 en est une vue en élévation; La fig. 2 en est une vue en plan, et La fig. 3 est une vue en élévation, la pièce courbe étant en position de serrage. L'appareil représenté comporte un socle constitué par une plaque métallique 1 à la quelle sont vissés trois pieds de forme trian gulaire 2, 3 et 4 venant prendre appui sur le sol; à la plaque 1 est soudée une barre 5 recourbée en forme de U ouvert vers le haut dont la branche 7 est munie de dents 8, et la branche 9 percée de trois trous 10. L'un de ces trous est traversé par un pivot 18 servant à articuler à la branche 7 l'ex trémité 11 d'une pièce courbe 12 destinée à serrer des branches de bois placées sur la barre en forme d'U 5.
La pièce courbe 12 comprend deux barres équidistantes 13 et 14 entre lesquelles est monté sur pivot à l'extrémité libre de cette pièce, un cliquet 15. L'extrémité libre 16 de la pièce 12 comporte en outre une plaque 17 soudée aux barres 13 et 14. Cette plaque est destinée, lorsque la pièce 12 est en posi tion de serrage, à subir une pression telle que le cliquet 15 puisse venir en prise avec l'une des dents 8.
Les barres 13 et 14 sont disposées de part et d'autre de la branche 9 du U et traversées chacune par le pivot 18 auquel sont fixées des poignées 19 et 20; ce pivot 18 peut être retiré de l'un des trois trous 10 pour être replacé dans l'un des deux autres d'autant plus rapproché de l'extrémité de la branche 9, que le fagot doit être plus gros.

One of these holes is crossed by a pivot 18 used to articulate to the branch 7 the end 11 of a curved part 12 intended to clamp wooden branches placed on the U-shaped bar 5.
The curved part 12 comprises two equidistant bars 13 and 14 between which is mounted on a pivot at the free end of this part, a pawl 15. The free end 16 of the part 12 further comprises a plate 17 welded to the bars 13 and 14. This plate is intended, when the part 12 is in the clamping position, to undergo a pressure such that the pawl 15 can engage with one of the teeth 8.
The bars 13 and 14 are arranged on either side of the branch 9 of the U and each traversed by the pivot 18 to which handles 19 and 20 are fixed; this pivot 18 can be removed from one of the three holes 10 in order to be replaced in one of the other two, the closer to the end of the branch 9, the larger the bundle must be.
