Abstract

The baler has four main elements namely base element (1a), pressure part (1b) and posts (2a, 2b), independently constituting an assembly. The base element has three series of drillings (4a, 4b) aligned two by two. The series of drillings permit to bring back the post (2a) to the element along two positions defining width of woods. The post (2a) has notches (5) to accommodate a locking bar (3). The post (2a) is integrated to the element (1a) by a same assembly mode, and the post (2a) has two series of drillings(6a,6b) at a top part to permit the integration of the part (1b).

  The assembly according to the invention is composed of four main parts, complementary two by two. The first piece, horizontal, allows the seat of the whole, and receives the two uprights. These two amounts are secured to the seat part, one in a given position, defined by a reservation, a hole or any other means, the other admitting several positions defined by the same means. The space between the amounts once assembled defines the width of the bundles made using the press. The first amount has one or more positions for the movable connection with the fourth piece of the set. The position chosen for the assembly of this last part makes it possible to define the height of the bundles. The fourth piece of the assembly according to the invention is the pressing member, actuated by the user, and whose movement allows the compression of plants in the fixed frame constituted by the other three elements. The second amount may, according to the embodiment, comprise retaining elements of the pressing element. The latter can also, according to the embodiment comprise one or more retaining elements of those carried by the second amount.

  In the particular case described by the figures, and with reference to those ci, the assembly according to the invention has four main elements (la; lb; 2a; 2b) and a locking bar (3). The seat element (la) has three sets of holes aligned in pairs. The two sets of holes (4a, 4b) can bring the amount (2b) to the seat (la) in two positions defining the width of the bundles. The connection between the amount (2b) and the seat (la) is fixed, provided by bolting and facilitated by the particular shape of the amount (2b), complementary to the seat (la). The amount (2b) has notches (5) for accommodating the locking bar (3). The second upright (2a) is secured to the seat (la) by the same method of assembly, and has at its base the same shape complementary to the seat tubes (la) that the amount (2b). This second upright (2a) has in the upper part two sets of holes (6) intended to allow the joining of the press piece (lb). The choice of one or the other series of holes (6a / 6b) makes it possible to determine the height of the fagots. In contrast to the connections relating to the seat (1a) and the uprights (2a, 2b), the connection between the upright (2a) and the press piece (1b) preserves the mobility of the two parts relative to the 'other.

  The press piece (1b) carries a locking bar (3) movable relative thereto. As shown in FIG. 2, during the lowering of the press piece (1b), the locking bar (3) corresponds by gravity to the notches (5) of the upright (2b). The locking bar (3) then retains the pressing piece (lb) and contains the bundle while the user binds it. Once the bundle is connected, pressure on the press piece (1b) allows the user to release the retaining bar (3) from the notch, and by tilting it backwards, to raise the press piece (1b). ). In the particular case of the embodiment shown in Figures 1 and 2, the front pillar (2b) of the assembly is flared at the top, to facilitate the descent of the press piece (lb).

  In this particular embodiment, the various elements (la; lb; 2a; 2: b; 3), before assembly, can be packaged flat in a rectangular package of minimal size.

  1) Plant press for obtaining fagots characterized in that it is composed of four independent main elements constituting once assembled a set ensuring both its stability and the contention of plants.   2) Press according to claim 1 characterized in that the assembly of the four main elements can be done according to different positions, constituting so many determining settings.   3) System according to any one of claims 1 and 2, characterized in that the four main elements correspond in pairs.   4) System according to any one of the preceding revendicaticns, characterized in that the various parts that compose it form, before assembly, a compact assembly that can be packaged flat.
