Dispositif de fixation d'un mouvement de montre dans une boîte. L'invention a pour objet un dispositif de fixation d'un mouvement de montre dans une boîte, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend au moins un rivet à collerette, fixé au mouve ment de la montre, de manière à pouvoir être déplacé angulairement autour de sori axe de révolution, la collerette dudit rivet pénétrant, lors d'une rotation du rivet, dans une rainure prévue à cet effet à la boîte.
La collerette du rivet présente de préfé rence deux fraisages: un premier fraisage permettant l'introduction du mouvement dans la boîte; un deuxième fraisage, hélicoïdal, qui maintient le mouvement contre une portée prévue à la boîte, lorsque la collerette pé nètre dans la rainure de la boîte.
Dans une montre à remontage automa tique, la masse oscillante empêche l'emploi de vis de fixage sur les ponts; elle empêche également l'emploi d'un ressort prenant appui sur le fond de la boîte. Le dispositif faisant l'objet de l'invention permet la fixation du mouvement d'une manière rigide, ce qui est une condition nécessaire pour une montre à remontage automatique.
Le dessin annexé représente, à titre d'exemple, une forme d'exécution de l'objet de l'invention.
La fig. 1 représente le rivet comme il sort du décolletage.
Les fig. 1, 2, 3 et 4 représentent le rivet avec les deux fraisages, dessinés dans trois positions différentes. La fig. 5 représente, en coupe partielle, un mouvement emboîté dans une boîte deux pièces, fixé par un rivet.
L'ajustement 1 du rivet est destiné à un trou prévu à cet effet à la platine 10, et fixé à cette dernière, de manière à pouvoir être tourné au moyen d'un tournevis introduit dans la fente 4. Afin d'obtenir une fixation élastique, le rivet comporte un trou central 2. Pour permettre l'introduction du mouvement dans la boîte, fa collerette 3 est fraisée comme indiqué en 5. Ce fraisage sera disposé parallèlement au bord extérieur de la platine, lors de l'introduction du mouvement 10 dans la boîte 7. La platine 10 étant en place, le cadre 11 appuie sur la portée 9 de la boîte 7.
Pour maintenir la platine dans cette -posi tion, il suffit de tourner le rivet au moyen d'un tournevis, la collerette 3 pénètre dans la rainure 8 de la boîte 7 et empêche la pla tine 10 de se déplacer en hauteur. La hauteur à laquelle la rainure 8 est pratiquée varie en raison des tolérances de fabrication; pour obvier à ce défaut, le rivet comporte un deuxième fraisage 6, hélicoïdal, la partie la plus basse pénétrant en premier dans la rai nure 8, la partie la plus haute venant progres sivement se coincer contre le bord supérieur de la rainure 8.

The subject of the invention is a device for fixing a watch movement in a case, characterized in that it comprises at least one flanged rivet, fixed to the movement of the watch, so as to be able to be displaced angularly around sori axis of revolution, the collar of said rivet penetrating, during a rotation of the rivet, in a groove provided for this purpose in the box.
The flange of the rivet preferably has two millings: a first milling allowing the movement to be introduced into the case; a second, helical milling which maintains the movement against a bearing provided for the box, when the flange enters the groove of the box.
In a self-winding watch, the oscillating weight prevents the use of fixing screws on the bridges; it also prevents the use of a spring bearing on the bottom of the box. The device forming the subject of the invention allows the movement to be fixed in a rigid manner, which is a necessary condition for a self-winding watch.
The appended drawing represents, by way of example, an embodiment of the object of the invention.

Figs. 1, 2, 3 and 4 represent the rivet with the two countersinks, drawn in three different positions. Fig. 5 shows, in partial section, a movement nested in a two-piece box, fixed by a rivet.
The adjustment 1 of the rivet is intended for a hole provided for this purpose in the plate 10, and fixed to the latter, so as to be able to be turned by means of a screwdriver introduced into the slot 4. In order to obtain a fixing elastic, the rivet has a central hole 2. To allow the movement to be introduced into the case, the flange 3 is milled as indicated in 5. This milling will be placed parallel to the outer edge of the plate, when the movement is introduced. 10 in box 7. The plate 10 being in place, the frame 11 presses on the bearing 9 of the box 7.
To maintain the plate in this -position, it suffices to turn the rivet by means of a screwdriver, the collar 3 enters the groove 8 of the box 7 and prevents the plate 10 from moving in height. The height at which the groove 8 is made varies due to manufacturing tolerances; to obviate this defect, the rivet has a second, helical milling 6, the lower part penetrating first into the groove 8, the higher part progressively wedging against the upper edge of the groove 8.
