La présente invention a pour objet un dis positif de montage rotatif, destiné notam ment, mais non exclusivement, aux portes et fenêtres, comprenant deux pièces, dont l'une est la penture et l'autre un porte-gond dans une cavité duquel le gond est rapporté.
Le dessin représente, schématiquement et à titre d'exemple, une forme d'exécution (lu dispositif selon l'invention.
1 désigne la penture qui présente une ca vité cylindrique 2 qui la traverse axialement de part en part et qui doit servir, dans une partie de sa longueur, de logement à la par tie correspondante du gond 3 de la pièce porte-gond 4. La partie de cette cavité qui n'est pas destinée à recevoir le gond 3 pré sente un taraudage 6 dans lequel est vissée la partie filetée 7 d'une cheville cylindrique 8 se terminant, à son extrémité tournée vers l'ouverture 5 de la cavité 2, par une partie non filetée 9, dont l'extrémité présente un plat 10. La tête de la cheville 8 est, plate et présente une fente diamétrale 11.
Dans le cas où la penture 1 et la pièce porte-gond 4 sont montées sur une porte 12, respectivement sur le chambranle 13, le mon tage est, réalisé de manière que, quand la porte est en place, la partie 10 de la cheville 8 repose sur une surface d'arrêt 17 placée dans la cavité de la penture et constituée par l'extrémité du gond 3, et qu'il subsiste un intervalle entre la penture 1 et le porte- gond 4 qui porte le gond 3.
Si, par la suite, un réglage est devenu nécessaire du fait que la porte n'est plus exactement dans son cadre, il suffira d'agir avec un tournevis introduit dans la fente 11 de la cheville 8 pour déplacer cette dernière axialement dans le sens convenable et ainsi ramener la porte dans sa position normale.
La tête de la cheville 8, au lieu d'être plate, pourrait être ronde, comme représenté en pointillé en 14, et présenter une fente diamétrale 15.
Au lieu d'une fente 11 ou 15, la tête de la cheville 8 pourrait présenter un trou dia métral 16 dans lequel on introduirait une tige pour manceuvrer la cheville 8.
Cette cheville 8 peut servir aussi à déga ger le gond 3 au cas où ce dernier serait plus ou moins bloqué dans la cavité 2 pour une cause ou pour une autre, quand il devient nécessaire d'enlever la porte ou la fenêtre.
Dans une variante du dispositif, le gond 3, rapporté dans la cavité cylindrique de la pièce 4, pourrait être remplacé par une che ville 8' filetée, représentée en pointillé, sus ceptible d'être déplacée en la vissant suivant l'axe de ladite cavité et dont l'extrémité 17, logée dans la cavité de la penture, serait en contact avec la surface d'arrêt constituée par le fond 17' de la cavité de ladite penture qui, dans ce cas, ne traverserait pas la pen ture axialement de part en part.
Une autre variante du dispositif pourrait comporter une cheville déplaçable axialement par vissage dans la cavité 2 de la penture 1 et une deuxième cheville 8', servant de gond, déplaçable axialement dans la cavité cylin drique de la pièce 4, ces deux chevilles en trant en contact l'une avec l'autre par une de leurs extrémités dans la cavité de la pen ture 1.

1 designates the hinge which has a cylindrical cavity 2 which crosses it axially right through and which must serve, in part of its length, to accommodate the corresponding part of the hinge 3 of the hinge-carrying part 4. The part of this cavity which is not intended to receive the hinge 3 has a thread 6 in which is screwed the threaded part 7 of a cylindrical plug 8 terminating, at its end facing the opening 5 of the cavity 2 , by a non-threaded part 9, the end of which has a flat 10. The head of the plug 8 is flat and has a diametral slot 11.
In the case where the hinge 1 and the hinge-holder piece 4 are mounted on a door 12, respectively on the frame 13, the assembly is carried out so that, when the door is in place, the part 10 of the pin 8 rests on a stop surface 17 placed in the cavity of the hinge and formed by the end of the hinge 3, and that there is an interval between the hinge 1 and the hinge holder 4 which carries the hinge 3.
If, subsequently, an adjustment has become necessary because the door is no longer exactly in its frame, it will suffice to act with a screwdriver introduced into the slot 11 of the pin 8 to move the latter axially in the direction suitable and thus return the door to its normal position.
The head of the ankle 8, instead of being flat, could be round, as shown in dotted lines at 14, and have a diametral slot 15.
Instead of a slot 11 or 15, the head of the ankle 8 could have a diameter hole 16 in which a rod would be introduced to maneuver the ankle 8.
This pin 8 can also be used to release the hinge 3 in the event that the latter is more or less blocked in the cavity 2 for one cause or another, when it becomes necessary to remove the door or the window.
In a variant of the device, the hinge 3, attached in the cylindrical cavity of the part 4, could be replaced by a threaded town plug 8 ', shown in dotted lines, capable of being moved by screwing it along the axis of said cavity and of which the end 17, housed in the hinge cavity, would be in contact with the stop surface formed by the bottom 17 'of the cavity of said hinge which, in this case, would not cross the hinge axially from side to side.
Another variant of the device could include a pin that can be moved axially by screwing into the cavity 2 of the hinge 1 and a second pin 8 ', serving as a hinge, that can be moved axially in the cylindrical cavity of the part 4, these two pegs by tranting in contact with each other by one of their ends in the cavity of the hanger 1.
