Description

  

  Dispositif d'assemblage de deux éléments tubulaires    La présente     invention,    a pour objet un dispositif  d'assemblage de deux éléments     tubulaires,    destiné à       permettre    la     construction,    en diverses dimensions, de  rayonnages, d'échafaudages, etc.

   Il est     caractérisé    en  ce qu'il comprend une pièce en     forme    de U, entourant  l'un des éléments, et dont les.     branches.    sont     percées     pour     recevoir    l'autre élément ainsi qu'une, clavette  de serrage munie     d'un,    moyen d'arrêt et guidée par  une plaque de renfort prenant appui     entre    les bran  ches de la     pièce    en. U et     contre    le premier élément.  



  Le dessin annexé représente, à titre d'exemple,  deux formes d'exécution du     dispositif    faisant -l'objet  de     l'invention.     



  La     fig.    1 est     une    vue en perspective de la pre  mière forme     d'exécution.     



  La     fig.    2 est une vue latérale de     cette    première  forme     d'exécution.     



  La     fig.    3 est une vue latérale de la deuxième       forme    d'exécution.

Le dispositif d'assemblage représenté aux     fig.    1,  2, 4, 5 et 8     comprend    une pièce A en forme de U  entourant l'un des éléments tubulaires E et dont les  branches sont percées pour     recevoir,        d'une    part, l'au  tre élément tubulaire F et, d'autre part, une clavette  de serrage B, en forme de coin,

   l'une des     extrémités     de     cette    clavette B étant munie comme moyen d'arrêt  d'une tige filetée G et d'un écrou H assurant la fixa  tion de la clavette.  



  La deuxième forme     d'exécution    représentée aux       fig.    3, 6, 7 et 9 comprend également     une    clavette  de serrage C, en     forme    de     coin,,    traversant de part  en part la pièce A, cette     clavette    C étant munie  comme moyen     d'arrêt    d'une lame en métal pliable  K dont une extrémité se rabat contre la     pièce    A.

      Les deux dispositifs     représentés,        comprennent     chacun une plaque de renfort D     coincée    entre le       premier    élément tubulaire E     et    la     clavette    de serrage  B ou C,     cette    plaque D présentant, sur sa face venant  en contact avec l'élément tubulaire E, une gorge L  épousant la forme     dudit    élément et, sur sa     face     venant en     contact    avec la clavette B ou C, une rai  nure R servant de guide à     cette    clavette.

The assembly device shown in FIGS. 1, 2, 4, 5 and 8 comprises a U-shaped part A surrounding one of the tubular elements E and the branches of which are pierced to receive, on the one hand, the other tubular element F and, on the other hand, a wedge-shaped clamping key B,

   one of the ends of this key B being provided as stopping means with a threaded rod G and a nut H ensuring the fixing of the key.



  The second embodiment shown in FIGS. 3, 6, 7 and 9 also comprises a wedge-shaped clamping key C, passing right through part A, this key C being provided as stop means with a foldable metal blade K, one of which end folds back against part A.

      The two devices shown each comprise a reinforcing plate D wedged between the first tubular element E and the tightening key B or C, this plate D having, on its face coming into contact with the tubular element E, a groove L matching the shape of said element and, on its face coming into contact with the key B or C, a groove R serving as a guide for this key.

Claims

CLAIM Device for assembling two tubular elements, characterized in. that it comprises a U-shaped part, surrounding one of the elements, and the branches of which are pierced to receive the other element as well as a tightening key provided with a stop means and guided by a reinforcing plate resting between the branches of the U-shaped part and against the first element. SUB-CLAIMS 1.

Device according to claim, characterized in that the means for stopping the key is constituted by a threaded rod provided with a nut bearing on the U-shaped part. 2. Device according to claim, characterized in that the locking means of the key consists of a foldable metal blade, one end of which is folded against the U-piece.
