Gläserspülvorrichtung mit durch Aufdrücken des Trinkglases sich öffnendem Spühvasserzulauf. Von den bekannten Gläserspül- und bürst- vorrichtun:;
Glass washing device with a flushing water inlet that opens when the drinking glass is pressed open. From the well-known glass washing and brushing devices :;
The invention differs in that the turbine wheel is rotated by placing it on the horizontally mounted brush shaft with the rinsing water inlet opening by pressing the drinking glass and brushes rotated by water pressure, whereby the rinsing water sets a turbine wheel in rotation transferred and the rinsing water, passed from the blades of the wheel through a funnel and onto a metal sheet, is thrown into and onto the glass to be cleaned.
The device is intended, for example, for use in taverns and is intended to facilitate and accelerate the washing of glasses, as well as to save water.
In the drawing, the glass washer device is shown in one embodiment in longitudinal section.
At the top of valve 1, the inlet pipe 2 and the spray pipe 3 are arranged, while the lower part is shaped at right angles so that the surface 4 can sit on the edge of a water container and the surface 5 can rest against its inner wall. In the rear of the valve is the coil spring 7 and the valve cone B. In the front part of the device, the hollow shaft 9 is mounted.
The latter carries a large gear 10 and the Tur binenrad 11, which is connected to the small gear wheel 12 and rotates loosely on the shaft. The gear reduction gear 13 is arranged above the gears 10 and 12. The front part of the shaft 9 is provided with a thread and a collar against which the disk 14 with the nut 15 is pressed. The disk 14 is perforated close to the collar of the shaft 9 and only a few curved spokes are left standing, so that an open channel 16 is created. The disk 14 is covered on the front with felt 14 'and carries one or more' pairs of brushes 17 on the edge, the bristles of which are inclined forward.
In the hollow shaft 9, the pressure piece 18, which tapers towards the valve side and is provided on the other hand with a groove 19, as well as the shaft 20 of the inner brush 20 'is slidably mounted ver. A funnel 21 is arranged between the turbine wheel 11 with overhung blades 22 and the disk 14 so that the used pressure water must flow into the latter and is conducted through the channel 16 into the interior of the glass 25. A hood 2, 3 is arranged over the movable Tei len, on the inside of which a plate 24 is attached at the top for the purpose of leading part of the used pressurized water over the outer surface of the drinking glass 25 to be cleaned.
The shaft 20 of the inner brush 20 'is out of round, and the nut 15 is provided with a corresponding hole, so that only a longitudinal movement of the shaft 20 in the shaft 9 is possible. The shaft is drilled along its entire length so that the bottom of the drinking glasses is also rinsed with water.
If the device is to be used, the supply pipe 2 is to be connected to a water pipe by means of a rubber hose. The drinking glass 25 is placed over the inner brush 20 'until the edge rests against the felt plate 14', the brush 20 'retreating and pushing the pressure piece 18 away and thus opening the valve. Now the water flows through the pipe 3 against the wheel blades 22 and sets the turbine wheel 11 and means of the gear wheel countershaft 13 the BEFE on the shaft 9 gear 10 and the brushes, in dre existing motion.
The speed is limited to the desired level by the gear wheel. The pressure piece 18 is grooved in such a way that only after the valve has been opened, when the turbine wheel 11 is already rotating, the groove 19 becomes free and a small part of the pressurized water can spray through the hollow shaft 20 into the interior of the drinking glass 2; 5 . The valve cone 8 is left so much space to retreat ge that even very low glasses can be brought with the edge up to the felt disc 14 'ge.
The purpose of the heathering of the valve cone and the protruding inner brush is that the valve is opened and the turbine wheel starts to turn before the actual work, especially the outer brushes, begins. If the glass is withdrawn, the valve closes automatically. It is also important that the device does not require any fastening, but can simply be placed on the edge of the water basin in each tap. Falling down is prevented by two adjustable supports 2.6, which are placed against the side walls or on the bottom of the pool.
