Description

  

  Verfahren zur Darstellung eines     Entivieklerfarbstoffes.       Es wurde gefunden, dass ein wertvoller       Entwicklerfarbstoff    erhalten wird, wenn man       Di-p-tetrazodiphenyl,        Salicylsäure    und     2'-1Me-          thy        l-3'-        ami    n o-5'- s     rilfo-l-        phenyl-5-pyrazolon-3-          karbonsäure    in molekularen Mengen aufein  ander einwirken lässt,

   wobei man die     Tetrazo-          verbindung    sowohl zuerst mit der     Salicylsäure     wie auch mit dem     Pyrazolonderivat    kuppeln  kann.  



  Der neue Farbstoff bildet ein ziegelrotes  Pulver, das sich in Wasser mit oranger, in  konzentrierter Schwefelsäure mit rotvioletter  Farbe löst. Er färbt ungeheizte Baumwolle  in lebhaft orangen Tönen, welche durch     Dia-          zotieren    auf der Faser und nachfolgende Ent  wicklung     finit        Betanaplrthol    ohne wesentliche       Nuancenänderung    waschecht     fixiert    werden.

    <I>Beispiel</I>     .T:     Die     Tetrazodiphenyllösung    aus 18,4 Teilen       Benzidin    wird mit der     sodaalkalischen    Lösung  von 14,5 Teilen     Salicylsä        ure    zum Zwischen  produktvereinigt und dasselbe mit der schwach  alkalisch reagierenden Lösung des     Trinatrium-          salzes    von 31,3 Teilen     2'-Methyl-3'-amido-5'-          sulfo-1-phenyl-5        -pyrazolon    -     3-karbonsäure       weitergekuppelt.

   Die Kombination ist nach  wenigen Stunden beendigt und der neue, als  ziegelrotes Pulver ausgeschiedene     Farbstoff     kann     abfiltriert    werden.  



  <I>- Beispiel 2:</I>  Zu der     Tetrazodiplieriyllüsung    aus 18,4  Teilen     Benzidin    lässt man bei 0-5 C innerhalb  etwa 15     Minuten    unter gutem Rühren die  neutrale Lösung des     Trinatriumsalzes    von  31,3 Teilen     2'-11Tethyl-3'-amino-5'-sulfo-l-phe-          iryl-5-pyrazolon-3-karbonsäure        zufliessen.     



  Sobald die Bildung des orange gefärbten  Zwischenproduktes beendigt ist, gibt man die  Lösung von 14,5 Teilen     Salicylsäure    und 15  Teilen Natron     100 ,1o    zu und lässt bei ge  wöhnlicher Temperatur     weiterrühren.    Nach  wenigen Stunden ist die Reaktion beendigt;  durch Neutralisation des überschüssigen Na  trons mit Salzsäure wird der Farbstoff voll  ständig ausgeschieden.
