Description

  

  Verfahren zur Darstellung eines     Entwicylerfarbstoffes.       Es wurde gefunden, dass ein wertvoller       Entwicklerfarbstoff    erhalten wird, wenn man       tetrazotiertes        o-Tolidin,        Orthokresotinsäure    und       2'-3Tethyl-3'-amirro-5'-sulfo-l-phenyl-5-py        ,azo-          lon-3-karbonsäure    in     molekularen    Mengen auf  einander einwirken lässt, wobei man die     Te-          trazoverbindung    sowohl     zuerst    mit der     Kre-          sotins:

  Lure,wie    auch mit dem     Pyrazolonderivat     kuppeln kann.  



  Der neue     Farbstoff    bildet ein braunrotes  Pulver, das sich in Wasser mit oranger, in       konzentrierter    Schwefelsäure mit rotvioletter  Farbe löst. Der dicke Brei der nach  wenigen Stunden beendigten Kombination  wird aufgekocht und der neue Farbstoff       ausgesalzen.     



  <I>Beispiel 2:</I>  Zu der     Tetrazoditolyllösung    aus 21,2 Teilen       o-Tolidin    lässt man bei 0-5 0 C innerhalb  15 Minuten die neutrale Lösung des     Trina-          triumsalzes    von 31,3 Teilen     2'-Methyl-3'-amino-          5'-sulfo-1-phenyl-5-pyrazolon-3-karborrsäure     zufliessen.

   Sobald unverändertes     Tetrazoditolyl     sich nicht mehr nachweisen lässt, gibt man  die Lösung von 16 Teilen     Orthokresotinsäure          und        15        Teilen        Natron        100        %        zu        und        lässt     bei gewöhnlicher Temperatur     weiterrühren.     Nach wenigen Stunden ist die Reaktion be  endigt. Man wärmt auf 50 0 an, neutralisiert  das überschüssige Natron mit Salzsäure und  salzt: den     Farbstoff    aus.
