Description

  

  Verfahren zur Darstellung eines     Küpenfarbstoffes.       Gegenstand dieses Zusatzpatentes ist ein  Verfahren zur Darstellung eines     Küpenfarb-          stoffes    aus     1-Oxynaphthalin-3.4-phenazin     und 1.     4-Naphthochinon.            Beispiel:     123 Teile     1-Oxynaphthalin-3.        4-phenazin     und 80 Teile 1.     4-Naphthochinon    werden bis  zur Beendigung der Kondensation in 8000  Teilen     Nitrobenzol    auf 140 bis<B>150'</B> erhitzt.

    Das erhaltene Kondensationsprodukt besteht  aus einem Gemisch von gelbem Farbstoff  und seiner grünen     Dihydroverbindung.    Durch  nachträgliche Behandlung mit Chlorlauge  wird es in eine rein gelbe     Farbstoffpaste     übergeführt, die aus orangeroter     Küpe    die  tierische und pflanzliche Faser in schönen,  grünstickig gelben Tönen von bemerkenswer  ten Echtheitseigenschaften anfärbt. Der    Farbstoff löst sich in konzentrierter Schwe  felsäure mit orangeroter Farbe.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Darstellung eines Küpen- farbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man 1-Oxynaphthalin-3.4-phenazin und 1.4- Naphthochinon miteinander umsetzt und das erhaltene Produkt mit oxydierenden Mitteln behandelt. Der gelbe Farbstoff löst sich in konzentrierter Schwefelsäure mit orangeroter Farbe und färbt die pflanzliche und tierische Faser aus orangeroter Küpe in grünstickig gelben Tönen von bemerkenswerten Echt heitseigenschaften an.
