Description

  

      Zusatzpatent    zum Hauptpatent Nr. 94229.    Verfahren zur Herstellung eines für den     ühromdruck    auf Baumwolle     besonders     geeigneten     Azofarbstoffes.       Es wurde gefunden, dass man durch Kup  peln von zwei     Mol.        diazotierter        1-Oxy-2-          amino-4-nitrobenzol-6-karbonsäure    mit einem       Mol.        Resorcylsäure    einen     Azofarbstoff    er  hält, welcher bei dem Chromdruck auf Baum  wolle braunstickig gelbe Töne von guten  Echtheitseigenschaften erzeugt.

      <I>Beispiel:</I>    Die     Diazoverbindung    aus 19,8 Teilen 1  Oxy-2-amino-4-nitrobenzol-6-karbonsäure, 15  Teilen     Salzsäure    und 6,9 Teilen Natrium  nitrit lässt man in eine konzentrierte Lösung  von 7,7 Teilen     Resorcylsäure    einfliessen. Nach  mehrstündigem Rühren ist keine     Diazover-          bindung    mehr nachweisbar. Der gebildete  Farbstoff wird aus der Lösung durch Sätti  gen     derselben    mit     Kochsalz    ausgefällt.  



  Der neue Farbstoff löst sich in Wasser  mit gelbbrauner Farbe, welche Lösung auf  Zusatz von Natronlauge rotbraun wird. In  konzentrierter Schwefelsäure ist er mit braun-    roter Farbe löslich. Mit Chromacetat auf  Baumwolle gedruckt, erzeugt er ein braun  stickiges Gelb von guten Echtheitseigen  schaften.

  The new dye dissolves in water with a yellow-brown color, which solution turns red-brown when sodium hydroxide is added. It is soluble in concentrated sulfuric acid with a brownish-red color. Printed on cotton with chrome acetate, it produces a brown, stuffy yellow with good fastness properties.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines für den Chromdruck äuf Baumwolle besonders geeig neten Azofarbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeich net, dass zwei Mol. diazotierte 1-Oxy-2-amino- 4-nitrobenzol-6-karbonsäure mit einem Mol. Resorcylsäure gekuppelt werden. Der neue Farbstoff löst sich in Wasser mit gelbbrauner Farbe, welehe Lösung auf Zusatz von Natronlauge rotbraun wird. In konzentrierter Schwefelsäure ist er mit braun roter Farbe löslich.
