Description

  

  Verfahren zur Darstellung eines     Azofarbstoffes.       Es wurde gefunden, dass die     2.6-Naphthol-          carbonsäure    bei der Kombination mit     Diazo-          verbindungen    wertvolle     Azofarbstoffe    liefert,  welche sich vor denen aus     2.3-Naphtholcar-          bonsäure    durch leichtere Löslichkeit und  gegenüber denjenigen aus     2.6-Naphtholsulfo-          säure    vielfach durch grössere Farbstärke aus  zeichnen.  



  Vorliegendes Patent bezieht sich nun auf  die Darstellung eines     Azofarbstoffes    durch  Kupplung von     diazotierter        o-Nitro-o-aminophe-          nol-p-snlfosäure    mit 2.6     Naphtholcarbonsäure.     



  Trocken ist der neue     Azofarbstoff    ein  rotbraunes Pulver, löslich in konzentrierter  Schwefelsäure mit rötlicher Farbe. Er färbt  Wolle, sauer ausgefärbt und dann     nachchro-          miert,    in violetten Tönen.         Beispiel:     234 Teile     o-Nitro-o-aminophenol-p-sulfo-          säure    werden in der üblichen Weise     diazotiert       und bei Gegenwart von Soda mit einer wässe  rigen Lösung von 210 Teilen     2.6-naphthol-          carbonsaurem    Natrium vermischt. Nach be  endeter Kupplung wird der     Farbstoff    durch  Aussahen abgeschieden.

  When dry, the new azo dye is a red-brown powder, soluble in concentrated sulfuric acid with a reddish color. It dyes wool, dyed with acid and then chromed, in purple tones. Example: 234 parts of o-nitro-o-aminophenol-p-sulfonic acid are diazotized in the usual way and, in the presence of soda, mixed with an aqueous solution of 210 parts of 2.6-naphthol-carboxylic acid sodium. PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Darstellung eines Azofarb- stoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man die Diazoverbindung von o-Nitro-o-aminophe- nol-p-sulfosäure mit 2.6-Naphtholcarbonsäure kuppelt. Trocken ist der "neue Azofarbstoff ein rotbraunes Pulver, löslich in konzentrierter Schwefelsäure mit rötlicher Farbe. Er färbt Wolle, sauer ausgefärbt und dann nachchro- miert, in violetten Tönen.
