Abstract
En particulier, l'invention concerne un procédé de maintenance d'un élément de fermeture coulissant (10) d'un récipient contenant un métal fondu. L'élément de fermeture coulissant (10) comprend un boîtier (11), une unité de coulissement qui est guidée longitudinalement en son sein, un support (15), un élément d'entraînement linéaire (12) qui peut être inséré dans le support pour ajuster l'unité de coulissement et au moins une ligne électrique et/ou une ligne de raccordement (16, 17, 18) pour un milieu, tel que du gaz ou de l'air. L'au moins une ligne électrique et/ou ligne de raccordement (16, 17 18) pour le milieu sont reliées au moyen d'un processus d'enfichage. Le processus d'enfichage de l'au moins une ligne de raccordement (16, 17, 18) est effectué automatiquement par l'insertion de l'élément d'entraînement linéaire (12) dans le support (15) et/ou l'élément d'entraînement linéaire est libéré par le retrait de l'élément d'entraînement linéaire hors du support (15). Ainsi, la manipulation est simplifiée en particulier lors de la réalisation d'une maintenance sur l'élément de fermeture coulissant à l'aide d'un robot et la stabilité du processus et la fiabilité de fonctionnement associée pendant le coulage sont également accrues.
