Abstract
La présente invention concerne un analogue d'exénatide glycosylé en un résidu spécifique et son utilisation. La présente invention concerne une nouvelle substance pour le traitement du diabète, la nouvelle substance présentant une stabilité in vivo améliorée par comparaison avec des exénatides classiques et leurs analogues. La présente invention concerne un analogue de dimère d'exénatide et son utilisation. La présente invention concerne une nouvelle substance pour le traitement du diabète et de l'obésité, la nouvelle substance présentant une stabilité in vivo significativement améliorée par comparaison avec des exénatides classiques et leurs analogues.
