Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé de production d'un emballage unitaire fermé hermétiquement à ouverture par rupture (1), l'emballage fermé hermétiquement (1) comprenant : une première feuille (2) de matière plastique semi-rigide ; une seconde feuille (3) de matière plastique souple superposée sur la première feuille (2) et scellée à celle-ci pour définir un sachet fermé hermétiquement (4) qui contient une dose d'un produit (5) ; et une zone affaiblie (6) qui est réalisée dans une zone centrale de la première feuille (2) pour guider, après pliage de l'emballage fermé hermétiquement (1), une rupture contrôlée de la première feuille (2) au niveau de la zone affaiblie (6) de manière à provoquer la formation d'une ouverture de sortie pour le produit (5) à travers la première feuille (2) ; le procédé de production comprend l'étape consistant à réaliser dans une surface (8, 10) de la première feuille (2) au moins une incision (7, 9) qui constitue la zone affaiblie (6), l'incision (7, 9) étant réalisée par déformation plastique du matériau à l'aide d'un outil d'incision (19) ayant une pointe qui n'est pas pointue, c'est-à-dire qui a une forme ronde pour déformer plutôt que couper.
