Abstract

La présente invention concerne un dispositif d'emballage de portions individuelles de médicaments en sachet thermoformé. Dans les dispositifs connus, le nombre de sachets thermoformés défectueux est encore trop élevé. Le dispositif de l'invention comprend une pluralité de postes de stockage et distribution (2), au moins un ensemble de guidage et de collecte (7, 17) pour recevoir et transporter des portions de médicaments à un poste d'emballage (3), qui forme une barre (50) de sachets thermoformés raccordés (51) à partir d'un matériau d'emballage (34), un poste d'étiquetage ou d'impression (20) pour appliquer des données (52) sur le matériau d'emballage (34), un moyen de détection optique (40) qui détecte optiquement des caractéristiques des sachets thermoformés individuels de la barre, un moyen d'évaluation (90) qui compare les caractéristiques détectées au niveau d'un seul sachet thermoformé avec des caractéristiques de consigne, et un poste de stockage (60) dans lequel la barre (50) des sachets thermoformés (51) est stocké de manière ordonnée, le moyen de détection optique (40) étant disposé entre le poste d'emballage (3) et le poste de stockage (60).
