Abstract

Cette invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de gazon artificiel (1000). Ledit procédé comprend les étapes consistant à : créer (100) un mélange polymère (100, 400, 500), ledit mélange polymère étant au moins un système à trois phases, ledit mélange polymère comprenant un premier polymère (402), un second polymère (404), et un compatibilisant (406), le premier polymère et le second polymère étant immiscibles, et le premier polymère formant des billes de polymère (408) entourées du compatibilisant à l'intérieur du second polymère ; extruder (102) le mélange polymère en un monofilament (606) ; tremper (104) le monofilament ; réchauffer (106) le monofilament ; étirer (108) le monofilament réchauffé pour déformer les billes de polymère en des régions filiformes (800) et former le monofilament en une fibre de gazon artificiel (1004) ; intégrer (110) la fibre de gazon artificiel dans un tapis de gazon artificiel (1002).
