Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé servant à recouvrir des surfaces métalliques avec une composition de conversion acide et aqueuse qui contient : au total 0,01 à 1 g/l de TiF6 2+, de ZrF6 2+ et/ou de HfF6 2 calculé en tant que ZrF6 2+; 0 ou 0,01 à 1 g/l respectivement de Fe2+ -, d'ions Mn et/ou Zn, parmi lesquels au moins une sorte de ces ions se situe dans la plage de teneurs allant de 0,01 à 1 g/l; 0 ou de 0,01 à 2 g/l de polymère et/ou de copolymère organique; 0 ou 0,01 à 2 g/l de SiO2 à particules fines; environ 0 ou 0,01 à 10 g/l d'au moins un tensioactif; environ 0 ou 0,05 à 10 g/l d'anions carbonate, nitrate et/ou sulfate; et 0 ou 0,001 à 2 g/l d'anions carboxylate et/ou sulfonate, la teneur en molybdate et/ou en oxyanions contenant du P étant respectivement < 0,1 g/l ou d'environ 0 g/l et la composition présentant une valeur de pH située dans la plage de 2,5 à 6,5. L'invention concerne également un revêtement correspondant et l'utilisation des substrats recouverts de cette manière.
