Abstract

Un groupe motopropulseur (10) comprend un moteur (20) et un appareil de transmission de puissance qui transmet la force dentraînement au moteur par une roue motrice, lappareil de transmission de puissance comportant une transmission (36) fournie sur un parcours de transmission de puissance entre le moteur et la roue motrice (39T). Un carter dhuile (35D) est présent sous la transmission. Un élément protecteur (40) couvrant au moins une portion du carter dhuile du dessous est présent sous le carter dhuile. Lélément protecteur (40) présente une extrémité fixée à une portion du module de groupe propulseur qui est situé à lavant de la transmission (36) dans une direction longitudinale du véhicule et lautre extrémité est fixée à une portion du module de groupe propulseur qui est situé derrière la transmission (36) dans la même direction. La rigidité du module de groupe propulseur peut être améliorée en utilisant la rigidité de lélément protecteur (40).
