混合动力传动系2包括一个内燃发动机5和一个变速器6。一个中央通道8被安排成起始于变速器6,在该中央通道中一个万向轴9形成了变速器6与电动机器10之间的一个驱动连接。
电动机器10被实施成一个外转子,该外转子带有一个安排在转子内的定子。万向轴9经由一个伞齿轮传动器12与电动机器10的转子相联接。伞齿轮传动器12包括一个冠齿轮14,该冠齿轮被直接附接到电动机器10的转子的外部。
在图1中,电动机器10被安排在机动车辆1的带有半轴15、16的前桥区域中。前桥的从动轮(未展示)被附接到这些半轴15、16的自由端上。内燃发动机5被安排在机动车辆1的后桥区域中。万向轴9在运行过程中以变速器6的输出转速来旋转。
图2展示了图1的根据一个示例性实施方案的细节,在这个示例性实施方案中,万向轴9装备有一个离合器18。如果要求的话,变速器6与电动机器10之间的驱动连接能够通过离合器18来中断。
图3通过高度简化的形式展示了具有一个内燃发动机25和一个变速器26的一个混合动力传动系22。变速器26经由一个变速器输入轴28和包括一个冠齿轮31的一个伞齿轮传动器30驱动连接到一个电动机器35的转子34。
电动机器35被实施成一个内转子,该内转子带有一个定子40,该定子被分成两个定子半部41、42。冠齿轮31被直接附接到电动机器35的转子34上。在此背景下,冠齿轮31居中安排在这两个定子半部41与42之间。
一个离合器44被连接在变速器26与伞齿轮传动器30之间。一个离合器45被连接在该转子与一个差速器48之间,两个从动轮经由该差速器受到驱动。这两个离合器44、45可择一地或者共同地安装在混合动力传动系22中。
如果图2中的离合器45被打开而同时离合器44被关闭,当机动车辆处于静止状态时,机动车辆的电池就能够通过运转内燃发动机而用电动机器35来充电。这种充电模式还称为静止充电模式。
为了电动驱动,离合器44被打开而离合器45被关闭。为了形成机械式全轮运行模式,离合器44通过受控的滑动而被操作闭合。
图4以高度简化的形式展示了具有两个电动机器51、52的一种电动机器安排50。这两个电动机器51、52被实施为内转子并且被安装在车辆的横向方向上。这些电动机器51、52各自包括一个定子53、55和一个内部运转的转子54、56。
在这两个电动机器51、52之间安排了一个差速器58。两个半轴59、60能够经由差速器58来驱动。这两个半轴59、60还能够可替代地各自通过这两个电动机器51、52的转子54、56直接驱动。
一个冠齿轮61被联接到这两个电动机器51、52的两个转子54、56上。联接到转子54上的另一个冠齿轮62被指示为在转子54背离差速器58的一侧上。
一个虚线边界64指示了仅具有一个电动机器51的另一示例性实施方案。在这个示例性实施方案中,冠齿轮61被安排在转子54的一侧上,并且差速器58被安排在转子54的另一侧上。
在这个示例性实施方案64中,电动机器51被居中安排在车辆的横向方向上。在图4展示的具有两个电动机器51、52的这个示例性实施方案中,差速器58或冠齿轮61被居中安排在车辆的横向方向上。
图5以放大的形式展示了图3的根据另外的示例性实施方案的一个细节。70指示了将这两个定子半部41、42的绕组被彼此相连的一种连接。这两个定子半部41、42被相等地供以能量。连接70以U形形状在冠齿轮31的周围延伸。冠齿轮31的到伞齿轮传动器的联接发生在背离该连接70的一侧上。
在转子34背离该连接70的一侧上,也就是说在图5中的底部处,指示了一个行星差速器74,通过该行星差速器,半轴能够联接到转子34上。在转子34的一端(在图5的左侧)指示了一个常规差速器78,通过该常规差速器,半轴能够联接到转子34上。术语“能够联接到”表示能够具有与差速器结合的一种驱动连接。
图1至图5展示的这些示例性实施方案全部涉及具有相对于行驶方向被横向安装的至少一个电动机器的一种混合动力车辆。这些车桥中的一个是由内燃发动机驱动的。另一个车桥能够由电动机器通过伞齿轮传动器来驱动。
该电动机器在此被机械地连接到变速器输入轴上或内燃发动机上或者连接到变速器输出轴上。其结果是,为具有前置发动机安排、后置发动机安排或者中置发动机安排的混合动力车辆提供了一种能够通用地使用的机械式全轮驱动。
与一种直接安排的情况相比,图6指示的门架式变速器允许为了转移重心而将对应的电动机器定位得较低。
图7指示了一种行星齿轮变速器,如它能够被用于展示图5的行星差速器74。

Claims (8)

1.一种装备有机械式全轮驱动的机动车辆(1)的混合动力传动系,该混合动力传动系具有一个内燃发动机,该内燃发动机能够经由一个变速器(6;26)驱动连接到两个车桥;并且该混合动力传动系具有一个横向安装的电动机器安排(50),其特征在于,该电动机器安排(50)被大致居中地安排在该车辆的横向方向上,一个伞齿轮传动器(30)的一个冠齿轮(31)被直接附接到该电动机器安排的一个转子(34),且该电动机器安排包括一个内转子电动机器(35),该内转子电动机器具有一个转子(34)和一个定子(40),该定子被分成两个部分并且包括两个定子半部(41,42),这两个定子半部在该横向方向上彼此间隔开,且在这两个定子半部(41,42)之间安排了用于输出和/或分配转矩的一个装置,该装置包括一个伞齿轮传动器(30)的一个冠齿轮(31)和/或一个差速器(48)。
2.如权利要求1所述的混合动力传动系,其特征在于,一个差速器(48;58)被指定给该电动机器安排,该差速器是部分锁定的或者能够以受控的形式被锁定的。
