Abstract
La présente invention concerne une composition de caoutchouc adaptée à une utilisation dans un système de suspension pneumatique pour des véhicules utilisés sous des climats froids, ladite composition de caoutchouc présentant une remarquable résistance à l'ozone (comme démontré par un test dynamique de contrainte en présence d'ozone) et au froid. La présente invention concerne, plus précisément, une composition de caoutchouc résistant au froid contenant un caoutchouc butadiène, un caoutchouc chloroprène et un caoutchouc naturel ou un caoutchouc obtenu par remplacement partiel d'un caoutchouc naturel par un caoutchouc spécifique choisi dans le groupe constitué des caoutchoucs styrène-butadiène et des caoutchoucs nitrile. Sur la base de 100 parties en poids au total des caoutchoucs, la teneur en caoutchouc butadiène varie de 10 à 35 parties en poids, la teneur en caoutchouc chloroprène de 50 à 75 parties en poids et la teneur en caoutchouc naturel ou la teneur totale en caoutchouc naturel et en caoutchouc(s) spécifique(s) de 10 à 35 parties en poids, tandis qu'en présence du caoutchouc spécifique, la teneur en celui-ci varie, de préférence, de 10 à 60 % en poids de la teneur totale en caoutchouc naturel et en caoutchouc spécifique. L'invention concerne également un système de suspension pneumatique pour véhicules de chemin de fer utilisant ladite composition de résine résistant au froid.
