Abstract
L'invention concerne un échangeur de chaleur dont la taille peut être réduite même si le diamètre d'un tube d'absorption de chaleur est réduit, cet échangeur permettant de retirer l'eau du tube d'absorption de chaleur de façon appropriée, au moyen d'une structure simple. Dans cet échangeur de chaleur (5), des tubes d'absorption de chaleur (51), c'est-à-dire des passages de gaz d'échappement, sont disposés selon un agencement à plusieurs étages ; les deux extrémités (511, 512) de chaque tube d'absorption de chaleur (51) sont reliées respectivement à deux collecteurs (54, 55) disposés sur une plaque latérale (52) d'un boîtier (50) ; et de l'eau introduite par un tuyau externe (63) dans chaque tube d'absorption de chaleur (51) par l'intermédiaire du collecteur (54) est soumise à un échange thermique et chauffée par le gaz d'échappement. Les extrémités (511, 512) des tubes d'absorption de chaleur (51) sont disposées à des intervalles verticaux prédéterminés. Une plaque de drainage (56), destinée à définir un passage de drainage à travers lequel l'eau qui arrive aux ouvertures d'extrémité (51A) des tubes d'absorption de chaleur (51) est retirée pendant une opération de drainage desdits tubes (51), est disposée dans le collecteur (54) placé sur le côté inférieur de chaque tube d'absorption de chaleur (51), de sorte que la plaque de drainage fasse face de façon continue aux ouvertures d'extrémité (51A) agencées verticalement.
