Abstract
L'invention concerne un conducteur mixte constitué d'un oxyde du type pérovskite contenant du Ba, Ce et In. Cet oxyde du type pérovskite est un composé cristallin de formule Ba(Ce¿1-x?In¿x?)¿p?O¿3? (dans laquelle x est compris dans la plage allant de 0,4 à 0,6 et p est compris dans la plage allant de 1 à 1,02). L'invention concerne également un dispositif électrochimique comprenant ce conducteur mixte sous forme d'électrolyte solide, ledit dispositif électrochimique présentant une structure telle que les électrons générés par la réaction d'oxydo-réduction sont transportés dans la direction de l'épaisseur de l'électrolyte solide. On obtient ainsi un conducteur mixte présentant une conductivité et une fiabilité élevées ainsi qu'un dispositif électrochimique comprenant ledit conducteur mixte.
