Abstract

L'invention concerne un nouveau procédé et un appareil de vaporeformage de tout hydrocarbure vaporisable afin de produire H¿2? et CO¿2?, avec une quantité minimale de CO et pas de CO dans le flux H¿2?, en utilisant un réacteur de vaporeformage à membrane (MSR) et une combustion répartie sans flammes (FDC) qui améliore considérablement l'efficacité de l'échange thermique et les capacités de suivi de charge afin de mener la réaction de vaporeformage. L'invention concerne également un système de puissance hybride et sans émissions dans lequel l'hydrogène produit sert à fournir de l'énergie à une pile à combustible à carbonate en fusion sous haute pression réglé de manière interne. De plus, la conception de la pile à combustible alimentée en FDC-MSR permet de capturer de bonnes concentrations de CO¿2? en vue de les retenir ou de les utiliser dans d'autres procédés.
