Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé de production de fer spongieux qui consiste à réduire l'oxyde de fer par chauffage avec un agent de réduction solide pour former du fer spongieux, le procédé se caractérisant en ce qu'un mélange de poudre d'hématite et de poudre de minerais de fer, ou un mélange de poudre d'hématite et de poudre d'écailles de laminage, est utilisé comme oxyde de fer. En outre, la poudre d'hématite, qui présente une aire spécifique d'au moins 2,0 m?2¿/g, est utilisée dans une proportion de 5 à 45 % en masse sur la base de la quantité totale d'oxyde de fer.
